You have to do something about it . Fight him and change this situation . The worst thing is that we getting into a habit to such actions and they determine our future life . To something we a getting into a habit for a long time, to something  very quickly . Imagine yourself in next 20 years, you want to be in next 20 years in same situation , and everything was the same ? If you do not think  now about  that  then it may be too late in nearest future  , time flies fast .

Well, for his type of person, the best will be for him to completely get out of gambling first and get emotional help by visiting a therapist to help him work on his emotion, because the worst thing ever in gambling is to gamble with emotion, it’s dangerous and also causes addiction.

Gambling in its nature is not bad, but it is only for the matured mind, people that have self-control both physically and financially, and people that have the gift of saving

Well it mat work for some but definitely not all. If it works for you to ay least control your urges to keep on gambling, then good. If not, find other ways. For me it's all mental and if one routine can help you out regardless of what that is, then there's no harm in doing it.

I think you should count yourself very blessed to have been lucky with friends. It is even more difficult to get trustworthy relatives than friends. I have not been lucky with friends and i hope to get one someday. But, I still don’t know if I have any relative I can trust with my wallet.

I am in totally in support of his above listed rules to keeping winnings safe except for trusting either friend or relative. I have suffered so much betrayal and i have serious issues with trust

See that is what happens when you do not strictly differentiate between what is good and what is not.
Do not just take these things for granted and rather be mindful of the opportunities you have because they can go like they come.

You can easily lock some of the profits/money you make in gambling and keep on playing the rest of the money. Moreover, you should have a stop limit and a budget limit. These are the things that keep you safe.

It's your call whether to trust someone or just to keep it y yourself, you need to always be aware of possibilities, things will be so different when in terms of money involved so being protective and always be aware of things that can possibly happens will be your task.

It is all about your mindset when it comes to gambling. When you feel you are loosing, you just make up your mindset to stop.

No needs to actually reiterate the word stop again and again. There are always set rules and boundaries for the rational gamblers so I mean if you know about your benefits and losses, why would you just not stop upon a profit to save or upon a loss to stop more loss ?

A possible solution might be for some developer to create a wallet with a time lock. You can gamble and then withdraw some profit to that wallet that you cannot access, until the time lock expires. This way you do not have to trust friends and family and you do not have to embarrass yourself by asking them to keep the coins for you.

Often I have noticed that I do rash actions when I play tired or just woke up and still sleepy . My mind is not strong enough at these moments to resist the excitement .

Thanks and by the way, its also applicable to anything like choosing an ICO to invest for example. You should focus and think that the investment is hard and you should need more patience in able to survive. But having a controlled emotions in gambling is hard because its real time and you should control it as soon as possible. If you have weak core, you will fail.
