The mindset that you need to have when gambling should be very brave and you shouldn't have any fear in your mind about losing, so that winning mindset plays a very important part while gambling. Just like the result on the OP, he’s addict on gambling before and able to recover from that but since gambling is still here, he tried to gamble again and lose money. Only if we are lucky enough to win. I'm afraid if we just loss all of the money we have configuring the fact that we put into our mind that we have a lot of money to spend in gambling and not even realize how much we loss.

Gambling industry is so big and a profitable business and people who do keep feeding them up are those who do seek entertainment
but majority are those people who are greedy on making fast money that's why this business is really profitable in the end of the day.

Situation of OP, its better to avoid as much as he can that related to gambling because he do make bets the same as when he still addicted to it.

Even if your mind telling to keep playing the chances of getting addicted again looks less for me because now you can realize that if you continue you will lose more so you will not try to do that when you don't have money and even you need to control your emotions and let it just ease even if you lost your amount get out from that gambling place soon.

Gambling won’t that easily allow any of us to take a leave. Even if we run out of funds, some or the other way comes out to gamble if our mind is set in that direction. Gambling is highly addictive and such examples prove it. Gambling even if we have loss is something like buying a dead token. I am so pumped to see the positive reaction and care from all of you. I read most of the responses it most of them were inspiring. The addiction period was around 2010-2012 and after that I did not gamble until recently.

I am still in full control of my emotion. The money I deposited I lost them but I am okay with it. This is what I am doing:

- Not looking at any odds
- Not even logging in any betting account
- Focusing on very less football updates because this is where my addiction is.
- I am doing some other activities which is keeping me away to think about gambling

That's the ultimate thing as a reasonable gambler, knowing how to handle or control the said addiction. Involving your humble self with those activities that could be of help in order for you to be less addictive to gambling is impressive and must be commended. Family must be put in the front line when gambling because they need us to survive and not to put them in ignominy.

Earlier the people understand more better it is as this will help them to save money and time and accordingly will choose to gamble either for fun or to make money from gambling. We have seen so many instances where people have lost huge money and also disturbed mentally.

The best is to stay off and stay off completely. Gambling is not for everyone, and it does not require any kind of mood to play. Your mood will never determine how you lose or win a gambling game but rather luck.

As recently some expert gamblers said in gambling luck is important but it plays only 40 percent role in your earning remaining 60 percent you will have to make for yourself, in gambling taking break does not matter but if you take never stay away from gambling, try to use your time id researching and keep watching different games.

Get job, do something online like own website and take care of it's development, learn programming and start working on envato and etc, you'll have no time to gamble. On another hand there is nothing wrong with gambling, personally I like poker very much and often play it but play with small money and my aim isn't to make profit from it. Don't ever think you can get profit by gambling, no, there is no way. Just gamble for fun and everything will be okey.
Also ask yourself, if anyone would be able to profit from casinos, then would they exist?
