Thanks for your interest. However, make your research about a project before making assumptions. If you go through this thread you will see that we are listed on an exchange and we have developed a working betting Platform. And we are working on listing on another exchange soon. I don't know about forkdelta. We are listed on Graviex.net

I want to thank everyone for their patience and support. The past few weeks have been difficult for the project as we had to battle with one issue or another, but we are hoping to get things back on ground. People might be wondering what is happening to the project but I can tell you that that nothing is wrong just that we are channeling our energy towards things that will bring long term results. As stated earlier, the project didn't generate anything through pre-sale so we have been using our resources to support the project. Currently, we are spreading our reach to some parts of Africa and I can tell you that we have been achieving some success. The promotion/marketing will take some time and will bring some positive changes to the project. The mass adoption of cryptocurrency as a means of payment still has a long way. You will be getting more updates in a few days.

Today marks the end of a quarter in the life of this project. We have encountered so many challenges but we are still here. We want to use this opportunity to thank you us for your patience and support through these hard times.
It has been a tough few months for the project and there have been questions asked regarding the future of the project. We are fully committed to the success of this project. The unfortunate thing was that we encountered so many obstacles at the start of the project which could have led to its premature death, but we were able to pull through many of these obstacles. As we have stated before, we were not able to raise funds through the pre-sale, which we later abandoned, however, we have been able to support the project with our private funds. This, of course, has its own shortcomings as we have our private lives too and we will need money for our daily survival.
We have also lost some funds to people who disguised as marketers who got paid and never rendered any services or invited bots to our server.  Also, we have had issues with the blockchain several times, which fortunately have been resolved.  Despite all these odds, we were able to achieve some few things, although we could have done more.

Due to the recent increase in the price of Bitcoin, it is becoming more difficult to get listed on some paid services such as:

Payment for these services won’t be currently possible has the project cannot afford the listing fees yet. However, we are putting measures in place to bring new investors and awareness to the project. This explains the awareness/promotional trip to Africa.
The promo has been with mixed reactions; we got to understand that the mass adoption of cryptocurrency still has a long way to go. Besides, we understood that different areas require a unique approach. Consequently, we have decided to separate Cowrybet from cowry (cryptocurrency), this is due to legal constraints we are faced with due to licensing, which we must admit is too expensive and cannot afford. For the past few months we have been in talks with some exchanges with the possibilities of listing Cowry on their platform. However, due to the sudden increase in the price of bitcoin it was becoming more and more difficult to get listed on these exchanges.
Recently, we got in talks with Crex24 about the current situation and we got a favourable response from them. They are offering half the price of 0.6 btc which was the initial price. So we are expected to pay 0.3 btc to get listed on Crex24. However, this offer expires on the 31st of August 2019.
When you look at the current price of cowry and the Project’s current reserve of less than COW 62,000, it will be impossible for us to raise the funds required for this listing. The current offer from Crex24 is too good to be overlooked at the current market situation.
We believe that getting listed on another exchange will offer us more exposure. The team is trying very hard to get things done; unfortunately, we were not able to raise money through pre-sale.
