As the main basic rule, there is no currency that can be considered very safe from failure and difficult times. so is it possible that bitcoin can become worthless?

The answer is yes. Because of inflation and it's volatility, it has a higher chance to drop to zero value and be worthless. But because of the mass adoptation from crypto enthusiasts these chances of being worthless has been minimized.

the adoptation of cryptocurrency can prevent the bitcoin to be worthless, in fact if people are continuously using cryptocurrency in different ways it will helps sustaining it worth, and even the bitcoin is on its 10 years of existence it is still on development,over the years it has a great changes and people are continuously using it.

Even when better technology strike the market, it won't affect the growth of bitcoin. In someone's perspective the tech behind ethereum is much more progressive than bitcoin's. But, till date we haven't got any defeat of bitcoin through the same. In this way bitcoin usage will continue even when more advanced technologies exists.

What most of the the people don`t understand is that with bitcoin everything is possible. That rise from 0 to here was impossible, but bitcoin made it somehow. When you start your question with "Can" can this happen, or that, with crypto answer in most cases is "it`s possible to happen under right circumstances". And it`s all about that, under a right circumstances anything can happen, bitcoin can even worth more than a million dollars for single bitcoin. Anything is possible, so be open for anything, expect everything, be ready for that.

That's why i said "IF" dude, of course i don't want the bitcoin price hit $10 per bitcoins but no one knows, anything can happen in crypto world. Even if bitcoin price hit $10, it will not happen on the next 1-5 years, maybe in 10-20 years. "IF"

everything might happen without our expectations. especially if the bitcoin is already worthless, it is likely that the bitcoin enthusiasts will certainly back down. but personally I still believe that the development of bitcoin will continue to progress, even though it takes time.

All that matters is how much someone is willing to pay for something.  Bitcoin may be useless for someone but incredibly useful for someone without a bank. 

I laugh at all the people that call bitcoin worthless but I'm sure they wouldn't say no to some free bitcoins if some were given to them.

I think if everyone thinks bitcoin is a coin that fails and is worthless then bitcoin is no longer valuable, but is it possible with so many people who believe in bitcoin. I think more about bitcoin will still be the main one.

I think this never will happen, bitcoin is a new way to store secure your investment, and in future bitcoin will be used for a lot of things, and will worth much, much more then is now.

Anything can become worthless, fiat, bitcoin, gold etc.  Its just the chances are less with certain things (which I think btc falls in that small chance category.)

in my opinion bitcoin or crypto currency is worthless maybe it could happen with the prohibition of the government in one country to access crypto currencies and there is no interest and more investors who use the crypto currency

I think it's very impossible for a bitcoin to have a price value of 10$ unless something there's a replacement. Even the price value of bitcoin is 10$, most of the people will invest a lot on it but I don't think they will have a bigger profit because it will only happen when the era of bitcoin will come to an end. Basically, it will be non-sense if they buy a lot of bitcoin when it becomes cheaper, I know there's something huge that will come and replace it.

It only happen when nobody uses bitcoin or blockchain technology where gone. But seeing how it continuously develop, there is no way that it will vanish easily. How many times it falls but never it give up and even the community losses their trust towards bitcoin, it maybe because they found bitcoin as having a better opportunity to change our lives.

I will just answer with what the biggest bears I've heard on BTC say, which is that BTC will likely hold a base worth of $100 or so even at worst.   Its a reliable token and secure with a network of confirmation, even those who dislike the whole idea acknowledge this will mean it continues in some use no matter what

Right.We all have different views towards bitcoin and for me,i never think of bitcoin becoming worthless today and even in the years to come.Bitcoin may have lot of negative impact for those people who don't like it but there are also thousands of people who have benefited bitcoin and have been very useful in their own lives.Bitcoin will not lose its value but instead,it will bound to a more development and may lead to a mass adoption in the future.
