The market has improved lately compared to what has happened early this year. Everyone's waiting for the bull run, and definitely these are the best days to invest for the coins. A lot has affected the low prices but let us wait for the improvement.

It's hard to say if these prices are a gift. With such a small capitalization of the cryptocurrency market it may turn out that whales will reduce prices much more. But now it dropped  to $200 billion, actually it's not so surprising as big pump and dump has been normal in the crypto market.
Looking at its overall growth, I don't see a growth yet because only BTC has really grown so far this year while majority of the altcoins are still struggling to rise.

Early this year, there was a good movement of altcoins where we think its the start of the altcoins season but it didn't continue since BTC did not continue to rise also, the current price of btc is way lower compared to its high this year so altcoins really are effected.

YES clear big YES
the crypto market never stopped improving thru 2018 and 2019
the price didnt reflect that because smart money already priced it in in the 2017 bubble

why it is improving?
1 - its making jobs
2 - new institutions coming
3 - tech improving
4- prople who work on projects improving their skills and understanding of the tech, so they are capable of more thing

and i can keep writing the list
