This ban issue is posted in a recovery-appeal thread in Meta.

This thread is a try of help for a forum user who got his profile banned for what he didn't comit.

User profile AlexRus227 has been hacked since about one year ago. Oiginal user stopped posting in April 05, 2018.
Last 26th of February, he succeeded to manually recover his account:

Just one day after, the account has been moved to archive (autobanned) for {may be} plagiarism; i found this plagiarized comment in the post history. (Origine)

To his unban appeal, user AlexRus227 actually use his alt Ufo.S . (made for his account recovery appeal in this thread) He uses the same recovery-appeal thread to also appeal for unban :

My account was hacked. Almost a year I unlocked it. And after the victory, my account was thrown into the ban for what I did not write. These articles were not written by me !!!

Admins please pay attention to my problem.

I thought i can help him by moving the discussion here in Reputation (as he is now banned and can't post out of the appeal-thread) , as i beleive in the good connections established between DTs and Mods. I also think it's a reputation case.

AFAIK, Unbanning users is only made by Theymos for some particular reasons, which is not the case here, but the user is a confirmed innocent. May be we can give hand raising his voice to Admin.

I guess he was happy to get his account back and posted on this thread Feb 27th.

Someone was quick enough to check his profile and report it (low-key dick move) as he obviously had no time to check and delete posts he didn't even post which turned out to be plagiarized. He was banned later that day. I sent him a PM 10 days ago and told him to get in touch with some of the global mods as they can also unban accounts.

Good that you bumped this @OP, was thinking about doing the same thing.

Post isn't belongs to Reputation, I think meta will be appropriate.

If you think that a ban should be ended, make your case in a new topic from a "good for the forum as a whole" perspective.

Not sure admin will reconsider or not but you can try.

Ban account really not connected with DT network. Only admin could help about banned account.

Yes i think this user should be unbanned because it's a punishment for something he didn't commit. What is good for the forum as a whole perspective, is that the case need to be solved in a fair way, no matter who is the user or what he did wrong.

If you think this thread shouldn't be in Reputation, suggest where to move it. Note that there's another opened appeal thread in Meta.

Well it may require more time to examine the case as there are rare cases banned accounts been unbanned here in the forum. If proven innocent on the trial I am happy to congratulate him about it.

If there is a thread on Meta I guess you should pm him to at least put the link of this thread on his ban appeal posts as somehow that will ease the discussion about his case. Two heads are better than one, I appreciate for being helpful too with a fellow forum member.

Removing ban from an account is completely controlled by our honorable form admin. I think your post will make this user ban appeal on attention. Honestly without sufficient evidence its kinda difficult for a user to get back his/her account. personally I hope he will be able to provide all necessary information for a successful recovery. If he get his account back after deep investigation by forum recovery team then that's gonna be really great to hear.

Far from Drama, investigations and co-working in reputation and accusation boards are fantastic. I can suggest the forum to anybody to make trade and business in a secure/safe way.
For this case, I expect discussion to rise the voice of the banned user.
