Death Penalty to ICO Scammers! Are you favor it?

As we all know still exit scam ICO's are victimizing investors including me in my frustration I wish these people be killed or if busted they must sentenced to death Penalty are you favor of it.

There are way worse crimes than making a scam ico. So no i am not favor to death penalty for some thieves. That punishment doesn't fit the crime.

Well, you want a very severe punishment and I don’t see any sense from it. I would first of all condemn them in life, and then send them to work and transfer all my earnings to deceived people!

There are too many scammers right now in cryptocurrency market. Specially the ICO projects has great ammount of scammers in their telegram channel. This is the new trend please be aware of it. When you have some problem with ICO or Exchange, when you go to telegram channel and talk about your problem, you would get lots of message and they introduce theirselves to you as a project admin and ask come BTC or ETH for fixing your problems. Anyway i got scammed twice and lost great ammount of Money but ofcourse i am against the death penalty. It could be punishemnt in prison but not death!

I think ICO scams exist because the community fail to do something about it.  Maybe no community even exist yet? What currently exist from my experience are multiple communities that do not consider working together to make things better and safer for the cryptocurrency world.

The community should be catching the thieves and handing them over to  police.

I think it is not easy for the death penalty because of the death penalty for very serious crimes and it is possible in some countries to prohibit capital punishment, yes I agree if there are appropriate penalties for scammers because scammers are very detrimental to investors and damage the image of ico.

Thats kind of harsh if i should say but still it should be given a consideration there are too may scammers every where an we encounter them everyday i think they could be handed over to the police its better that way thanks

I read too radical measure, I think for a start it is necessary to create conditions to stop such companies, without giving the chance to rob ordinary people, I think all crypto society shall collect all efforts to expose such projects right at the beginning.

I understand you might have lost a reasonable amount of money to these unscrupulous ICO fraudsters. However, I believe a jail time up to 10 - 20 years should be the penalty in my opinion. This is more humane than death penalty

Such punishment if being implemented well will give good lessons for those scammers to change up and get a real job after, I'm also not in favor of giving such huge punishment, I understand  where you are coming OP as I once experience same but there's no way for me to stuck with that so I move forward and look at it as a experienced around this industry.

We should strengthen punishment with those scammers for them to be afraid keep doing this illegal act, if found guilty better to have a mass media
news and gain wider audience so it can served as a warning for those who's still planning to do the same.

yes I think so too because many have made fake ico and deceived investors, I am now afraid to invest in ico, because there are a lot of scams or failed projects...

I have been saying for a long time that we need state regulation of ICO. The development team must be verified.The entire road map must be completed on time.If you don't do it in time - fine.Bounty payments must be in full.

That is too far fetched for me. I would rather see them rot in jail though. For me it's harsher to see those scammers becoming rich because of people's money and then suffer a lot in jail and regretting what they have done to all their victims.

I don't think it is a good idea to sentence a scammer to death even though they rip people of their money, they are human beings themselves and don't deserve to die for money.

I think the best thing to do is to give them a long lasting sentence in jail so that before any company carry out scam activities, they will think about the consequences of what they might face in the jail, let's say 14 years in prison is very much okay for this kind of offense, what do you guys think?

showing of themselves where you can see some transparency and can possibly be sued out when it do have a problem but majority do have anonymous devs and team

You can't be serious here! The idea alone is outrageous. If you lost your pants I can understand your frustration, but killing these people with death penalty... If you participate in unregulated markets you should expect scammers to be around and adjust your decisions accordingly. If you go all in in such a market that's your own risk.

Death penalty is too cruel ,it will be better if all ICO scammers are hunt down and imprisoned for long time to learn there lessons ,moreover ICO investors should be the ones to be very very careful ,they more people are more careful the more scammers will fade away from crypto world

This is a step towards more transparency. And I think that there are already made and set penalties is case of theft or other allegations related to financial scams so there is no need to impose death penalty.

In such cases, the man convicted is sentenced to fine and some imprisonment is jail and is set free. I believe that the improvement in technology and understanding it will help reduce the scams.

I dont think so, this would not be further applied since it is over the counter. Although scammers are not good in our society but death penalty is not the correct punishment. Maybe the government will turnover to it and penalize scammers.
