I agree that this scammers definitely need to be brought to book but a death penalty is definitely extreme.Afterall the death penalty will not refund lost funds and this is the reason why I believe crypto- space require more regulations pertaining ICOs.
i dont think death is a good way to deal with scammers, no matter what we do to scammers, we can not take the money back, so instead of punish them, we should find another way to stop scammers and making the ICOs become more safer and better.

Finding them in the internet until they busted it just only wasted our money, so it would be better if you not invest to most of the icos.

horror, what a bloodthirsty you are, the death penalty is in my opinion a very severe punishment ... I agree that it is necessary to punish so that others are discouraged, but not the death penalty...can chop off a hand or fingers?

How do we give scammers the death penalty? We do not know who they are and to understand they also experience difficulties, even we cannot catch them. What we have to do is be more careful in determining the ICO project. You must study and do research and do not rush to make a decision.

Yes, I think they are very worthy of death. I feel losing money is caused by scammers. But we are very difficult to arrest them and I think they also cannot be punished. Maybe if strict regulations are made they can reduce it.

No i am not favoring it. Ico scammers mean stolen money so they are basically thieves. If you give the death penalty to thieves what will you do for bigger crimes?

No one will do that because there are thieves sitting in the government. Yes, even if they impose the death penalty, the Internet is boundless space. Hire stupid actors who will play the role. And then they will collect money and hide in the sunset. And we both continued to suffer and we will.

As we all know still exit scam ICO's are victimizing investors including me in my frustration I wish these people be killed or if busted they must sentenced to death Penalty are you favor of it.
I would welcome any form of penalty or punishment for ICO scammers because I have actually lost a lot through ICO participation due to scams. As such I have no pity for offenders.

I found this funny about how to arrest the culprit of the scams. If this is made possible then that would make me happy and hopefully this scammers would stop doing this crime.

I am completely agree with this so that no one will create a scam projects anymore, However, this process should undergo a proper trial court procedure to give the accused a chance to defend himself. To determine if she/he is being framed or a real scammer. I wish all scammers will live behind bars in prison.

The problem of fraudulent schemes in the field of cryptocurrencies is one of the main that needs to be addressed. However, it is very funny to read such a radical message from a man with the pompous nickname MasterICO

In my own opinion about this topic, it is not necessary to give death sentence against those scammers. They are many projects with fake identities in their team, so why we will punished them with death penalty if we don't really know who are those people behind those scam project/s. It is not good for us to take blame on other people which is not really guilty, if we may find out who are the real scammers then it is better to imprisoned them.

There must be penalties that make them no longer do this in the sense, deterrent so that many people are no longer trapped in the wrong investment because today many have lost money

Unfortunately, SCAM projects hurt a lot. But isn't the death penalty a little too heavy? Even the world's largest corruption is unpunished ...

This is too much, of course. In many countries such as the United States and China, they will be imprisoned for a long time. Therefore, many are not associated with these countries when during ICO.

Not a death sentence, because the punishment for investigating the case is still difficult now because many projects that fail to make refunds or disappear without reason,

Killing them is not the best judgment for people who live in democratic countries, but of course they should be arrested because if not, more and more scammers will appear because they will see a opportunity how to get easy money without being arrested.

Mere scammers, don’t tell me the wickedness of this world has thought you lessons so hard that you have become heartless, is it because you don’t see these investors cry ? Maybe then, you will realized the extent of damage they do cause to some of these investors that has already fallen victim of scam. Stealing is stealing and if caught, they should be put to death, it is just so unfortunate that they system is a decentralized one that creates anonymity, so it will be difficult to go after them, even if one wants to use whitepaper in going after them, one will end up killing innocent people because the faces we see on whitepapers are not the real face of these scammers.

Certainly no because it's too much. I think death penalty should only be deserved by murderers and rapist. In my opnion, we should let them payback for the amount they scammed and if they can't return it back then they should be imprisoned for years depending on the amount they've scammed.
