Death Penalty to ICO Scammers! Are you favor it?

As we all know still exit scam ICO's are victimizing investors including me in my frustration I wish these people be killed or if busted they must sentenced to death Penalty are you favor of it.

No, at first in the market being decentralized and anonymous, fraud are impossible to be traced. Another, providing a death penalty for ICO Scammer needs to adhere to a certain jurisdiction of a county. In that case, not all will going to be fair if some case, frauds get caught in action even with proof and evidence.

It hard to find those scammer because they are smart they use in bad way. But once they caught by the authority death penalty is good for them so that's other scammer will never again scam people because they did not want to die I hope it will happen and implemented to the law.

I think sentenced for certain years imprisonment and charging them some  fine is enough. I wonder why people think death is a good idea? Imprisonment is still a good way to give them a lesson and feel about what they did.

Death penalty is to harsh for ICO scammers and I can only recommend death penalty for kidnappers, murderers and terrorist. I think penalty for financial scam shouldn't be too harsh and spending like 10 years in jail should be enough for ICO scammers

Currently ICO is gradually resurrected. The market is going well. If you feel that ICO has a lot of scams, find a way to identify them through the knowledge you have learned

You can't blame another for while you yourself cheating and ultimately the Govt. As, you know the ICOs are not regulated by any statutory body and the Govt. and the investor is totally responsible of his investment. As, it is not regulated so, it is very easy for the scammers to cheat in the different way of cheating method by fishing and technically. And, the scammers are bigger in this sectors because there is no law regarding this sectors. That's not means that I am supporting these scammers but I also one of the victim of this scammers but whom to complain? Just, now I am taking precaution while choose any ICO for the investment by thoroughly evaluating their website and the project.

I think this is over rated , I mean we all hate scammers but they are also human too,
We should give them a chance to change .
But I guess it wouldn't be a problem because they wouldn't be caught in real life since they are just using fake information.

I think that will be too hard a sentence, but if someone on purpose scams other people for money, they need to pay back the people they scam and then get a prison sentence.

But on the other hand, some investors just send their eth to all project with a nice roadmap, without knowing if its just a scam, those investors also need to be thinking before they just send money.
I haven't sent any money to any ICO for more than a year now, do to all those scams.

They are bad indeed but I think death penalty is too much as punishment for them since they only steal money compared to other heinous crime who deserves such punishment.

The main problem is we cant track those people behind of the scam ICOs due to lack of regulation. Its very easy for them to get away with the money they accumulate with their victim.

I think it is very difficult to trace someone who cheats in the Crypto world, so to punish him is very difficult, but if there are rules about ICO rules, I strongly agree that ICO fraudsters should be punished by death penalty.

I am in favor of this penalty. But you need to consider these things:

• Are those people that included on their "team" identities are true?
• If so, it's a long run to have these scammers to be caught since they are not living in your country(in some cases).

What if those scammers will use other personal info? It's bad for them to use that, it will just lead everything into chaos.

The death penalty will be useless if investor funds cannot be returned because the most important thing is this, and in my opinion it is indeed a mandatory thing that scammers must do to fulfill their obligations

No need to seek and punish anyone. There is a law of karma. Such people will necessarily be punished by fate. And all their descendants will bear the stamp of failure. Fate will punish them all.

The era of ICOs is over, however scammers will always find  different ways how to scam investors. We
need regulations for  ICOs to be under control how they are spending the funds.  We have nothing from that if they
get punished, it is better to prevent their scam actions. They have to be punished according to the low.

I strongly agree that the death penalty is given to ICO scammers ... because there are so many people who are at a disadvantage after investors buy the ICO Token with the amount of money they have to succeed the ICO ... then it is very appropriate to be given the death penalty to the ICO scammers.

I'm not in favor of death penalty for ICO scammers but I approve of severe penalties such as long term imprisonment and huge fines to be imposed upon those who commit such acts. One more thing is that before we can bring them to justice, there should be a need to strengthen international laws and there is a need for cooperation among law enforcement agencies worldwide to hunt down these perpetrators because they are causing more harm than good in the advancement of cryptocurrencies. Imho.

But unfortunately these scammers are too smart to hide their identity. They used the ICO in such a way as to deceive many investors, but now they can't do anything, because the IEO era will emerge and scammers will be destroyed

I strongly support and agree with you, the death penalty for ICO scams and fraud. There are some cases that I read, where an investor had to pawn his house just to buy ICO coins and it turned out that the coin project was a scam.

the death penalty must have scared the fraudsters who used the ICO program to commit their crimes.
