to be in early 2017. that is literary the only way any ICO can succeed so they need a time machine because nowadays they are dead and people no longer pay them much attention so they don't invest in any and they automatically fail.

Basically if you already have a trustful team you are ready to go. But do your team has a blockchain/ico consultant? I think you will need that, and instead of launching ICO on your own.

If you are not able to build a project in your head, find out information on the Internet (because you are too lazy) you are a fraud.

To me, the most important thing is that you stand out from the crowd.  Is your idea a novel one?  How many times has it been attempted before?  Do research into the market size, is there money to be made here for yourselves and obviously your investors?

Consider doing an IEO - they are so hot right now.

Work on a prototype that proves to the community your platform is more than just an idea.

Ensure the team you assemble is the avengers of your industry and are capable of taking the project through to completion.

All you need is dedication. Show what you guys have to offer. Be realistic and try to convince people. Make a proper plan of your project and let the public see it. Keep your team active 24/7. The more active the developers are, the better the chance of having a successful ICO launch. Make sure you are seen in the public. Proper advertisement is recommended in this case. Hardly do we find projects that already have money to use to carry out these activities before ICO except few.

Yes I agree with beerlover as we are currently in talks with exchanges for our PCORE-PCC it is huge amounts that they require for listing an IEO. We will definetly not wait a long time to get listed straight after the ICO.

I went through this page and noticed how important it is to learn what the actual concept behind something is. ICOs are always been on hit list of scammers and we are fed up listening to scam stories here every other day. But what if someone plays smart.
