A lot of opinions have been read and shared and it seems to me that it’s hard coming up with a certain one. Just standardization would be easy, that’s just what I think. Like everyone would know what a KG is and what LB would be, just need to have a reference where it would be based upon. There could be a deciding factor on it, theymos then he will give instructions or something but with the quote from @hacker1001101001 from theymos, you could use anything you want and then there would be inconsistencies throughout the forum. This is just focusing on small details, you know.
Currently the winning option is
BCT. Let’s see in a couple of days too for additional input.
It's Bitcoin (BTC) + Talk (T) so BTCT is the only one that makes sense to me.
Keeping it consistent, just like the old thread. Nice.
To be honest I often type btctalk.org when talking about this place but I’m weird
That requires a lot of effort typing
btctalk.org. It even has a period on it. Lol
It never made any sense to use this acronym either, it's just not the usual format for acronyms, BCT is the obvious choice since BTF never gets used (BitcoinTalk Forum)
It’s the first time of reading this kind of combination. BTF. Sounds like food but it’s a new entry.

This could at least put us all on the same page if enough members read this thread, which I hope they do--especially those bounty hunters who frequently refer to bitcointalk as BTT. That drives me insane.
I'm not a fan of BTCT, though at least that one makes a bit more sense. The only problem I have with it is that it's not any better than BCT, which has only 3 letters and is therefore more efficient.
Yeah, putting everything the same and having an
understood meaning or value equivalent to the name bitcointalk.
I think whether it’s three letter or four letters as long as everyone has understood and acknowledged the meaning, it will be efficient.
Two words, "Bitcoin" and "Talk" => BT
When I read BT, I think of BlueTooth. I don’t know. It just came to me.
