Microsoft hotmail/outlook etc block shorelinecrypto ip address.  Change to another email that works on your profile page as email confirmation is required to withdraw self service coins.

for public disclosure, I am creator of Nengcoin (NENG),  not owner of Nengcoin.

Nengcoin is decentralized cryptocurrency with no owner or no boss like bitcoin/litecoin/dogecoin.   In this exchange business, we do not support Nengcoin coin tech issues.  I myself from time to time support Nengcoin project there as volunteer with no pay, but not here in this exchange business place.
