just sort of copy-pasting price movment from 2015, and assuming we have bottomed, price should be moving between these 2 green horizontal lines 3k to 4.5k from now till September where we would break up , get a golden cross and move up without ever looking back at these levels.

June 30 would be somehow the begging of the last "failing"test for break above, where the next test on sep should make it.

as far as the 3888$ goes, it is pure shot in the dark 

but predictions from 3700$ to 4100$ seem very reasonable from a TA point of view IMO.

indeed now there is no good news that can make the price of bitcoin rise to expensive again, but you must keep thinking positively and you should not give up because I heard rumors that there will be halving that will happen in 2020, I am sure it will give price increase for bitcoin.

I thought about it myself and asked if there were a way to scientifically justify the bear's path while unacademically looking in the opposite direction. I want the law of the universe to kick me in my teeth with my educated predictions. Or maybe I want to fool it into proving me wrong. So I "know" one direction and "hedge" for the opposite.

Did I just unwittingly reference a boy band? But shhh, don't give me away so obviously;)

I think that bitcoin's price should be 2500$ because in the near future we will see the collapse of scam ico, people will be disappointed in the cryptocurrency again and continue to push the rate down.

Im positive that this year we can expect "something" that will trigger the fuel for the next massive bull run but not in Q2 . Im not really speculating where will the price go because of it's past performance (for about several months or year/s) but for the how the trend behaves everytime it was moving slightly upwards or downwards. Im seeing Q2 of the year will still be part of slow phase upwards that is happening to BTC price.

Although 2 to 3 months is enough to see some progress for let's say the much awaited bullish trend will now happen, we have to look on other way around which is way more possible to happen because of the current price movement.

My guess: $4,200.

Well I did no good last time, unless it's a late finish.  I was going to come in at the same number, but with things still fairly sideways I'll be a smidgin more conservative.

So the winner on June, 30 will be 5725$   we'll just my guess/hope.

Honestly I just think we are due for a nice little run up in price. The news out there isn't to bad recently, if you can neglect the negligence of Quadriga, the little mini Mt. Gox wannabe. On the mining front there is actual bigtime improvements in gear launching in multiple batches. People are going to start moving coins especially around release dates for purchases, ideally this can help stimulate the market a little and give us some price growth.

it is not just 2, 3 months. it is 4 months until the date of the speculation and also all the previous months (about 3) where price was in this area. so you are technically predicting about 6 months with only about 5% rise. just wanted to clarify what this speculation means.

as for what I think about it, I am more positive about bitcoin and think 5% rise in half a year is too small considering the whole last year was in downtrend mode and we need some reversal to correct that.
