Amount Requested: 0.125BTC
Collateral Value: $1500 USD absolute minimum (150%~ info below)
Length: 1 Month (most likely going to repay a lot sooner, but 1 month to be safe!)
Repayment: 0.14BTC total repayment
Reason: Looking to unlock the value of my domain so I am able to use it toward other ventures during this month, instead of it collecting age gaining no returns.
Update. I am now only 0.125BTC away from being able to pursue one of the opportunities. Hoping to get this loan funded so I have reduced the loan amount.

The user Darkstar_ will hold the domain in collateral for the duration of the loan, until it is repaid.

Collateral Information
high level domain - $2000 USD estimated value
I have absolutely no doubt this domain could be liquidated for $2000 USD at the very minimum though for increased security I have listed it as $1500 USD value.
I have asked Subjot, a long-time premium domain seller here on the forum, to appraise the domain. He has verified the domain is worth easily $X,XXX. He did not give me an exact figure, but confirmed the value was fair with his comments. If any lender would like to PM him to confirm this, be my guest!

Both of these estimations would unlikely take into account the extremely high value niche market for crypto dice.

Curious - how does one escrow a domain?   Are you allowed to change ownership that often??

I don't know Subjot, and as such cannot affirmatively trust his opinion. DarkStar, do you have reason to know the value of this domain? Would you be willing to agree to buy it in the event of a default?

OP - Are you wanting to have the loan dominated in USD, or BTC? Or something else? Would you want to receive the loan proceeds in BTC, or a stablecoin (USDT/USDC), or something else?

I was offered $1000 USD by StackGambler which I denied instantly as I am not wishing to sell this domain in the first place, though if it comes to default (highly unlikely) maybe you can negotiate with him if he is still interested in buying the domain at the time.
Subjot has been selling premium crypto domains here for quite some time (4+ years). You can verify his rough valuation by PM if need be.
The denomination is whatever the lender is comfortable with. I personally would prefer bitcoin rather than USDT/USDC.

I have not validated the value of the domain and leave appraisal to any interested lender. I do not guarantee any collateral value in any way, shape or form.

Added bitcointalk account, reduced loan length & increased interest.
Changed value to 0.2BTC, rather than $1000 USD.
Waiting for Darkstar_ to confirm he will also take the bitcointalk account into escrow for this loan.

Still available. BCT account removed as collateral since it is not accepted to be held by Darkstar.

Updated to 0.125BTC as I acquired some additional funding elsewhere. This is over 300% the expected value. Hoping this loan allows me to go forward with the rest of my plan.
Thanks

Hoping to have this filled by thursday. Gone to lengths of 300%+ collateral...surprised no one has experience with domains especially in the lending forum.

I am just posting here to clarify that my intention was not to default on this loan to sell the domain. I only started offering to sell the domain (for 3x the amount I was asking for in my loan) after I had closed this loan thread.

If my intent was to sell the domain I would have taken StackGamblers offer here:
Would you consider selling your domain right now to me for $1,000? Just wondering.
Multiply your offer by about 20, maybe we can talk.

To be perfectly clear, my goal here is not to liquidate these assets, it is to allow me access and potentially profit from the value of these currently stagnant assets, instead of having them sit there collecting dust (doing nothing).

On another note...
I have asked Subjot who has verified the domain is worth easily $X,XXX. He did not give me an exact figure, but confirmed it was easily worth four figures. If any lender would like to PM him to confirm this, be my guest!

I have received a negative trust from Vod who seems to have skipped over these facts and in my opinion was quite harsh, though I sent him a PM to hopefully clear up the issue.

I will leave this thread open if anyone would like to give feedback as to what I did wrong here and if the negative trust, in their honest opinion, deserves to remain or not.

Thank you.

I am curious as to the reason DarkStar_ didn't give you the loan.

If I were a lender here then I'd have been interested if I could affirm I can gain total control of a domain like this (this might have been something helpful to clarify).

Edit: ahhh liquidity issues I get it now...

OK, if you would like to point out your facts here, number them in chronological order, I will take (another?) look at them.

Welcome to the club pal. He'll likely remove the trust don't worry about that, but yeah - he's a quick fire-r.
