Interesting odds for Italy for those who are willing to back it, and not bad one for England. In this match there will be 2 winners, bookies and few lucky guys. I will not make any bet before seeing the first minutes of the game then I will decide. This shift towards England in bookies and news is worrying me.

I think England is overrated, they have a slight advantage at home, but not enough to put them above the favorite (it seems to me that Italy is the favorite). Will you bet on Italy if there is an equal fight in the first minutes of the match? I am thinking about placing a bet before the start of the match and increasing it after the first minutes.

Not what I was expecting from this Italy England game, that Luke Shaw goal just came to early but then again that is what this game needs,some leverage to remove everyone out of their comfort zone and play the game.

Agreed, the early goal pushes both teams out of the "let's see where this goes" zone. High-octane football so far and Kane at his silky best, two incredible passes in 20 minutes... gotta say Italy look a bit shellshocked so far, not very good at the final third and already looking a tad off the mark.

Wish they'd take more shots from outside and take advantage of the slick. Riveting so far, not accounting for the lack of actual shots.

We have left the first half behind. England are still 1-0 ahead. They got ahead with Luke Shaw's goal in only the 2nd minute. It was a really shocking moment for Italy. I assume that they were expecting to keep the game balanced and to score when it's time. They did the exact same thing to Spain. But England have a great advantage right now. Italy found some goal chances but the shots were just too lazy. They must absolutely pull themselves together before the second half if they really want this title. Otherwise, England can make it 2-0 and decline Italy's hopes for a comeback.

Superb half from both teams. England defended well because after their early goal, Italy was bound to start asking questions and so far so good, their midfield and defense has done an excellent job to keep Italy's attack at bay. Roberto Mancini needs to figure out a way to get his team into England's box more often and get more chances so that players like Chiesa, Immobile and Insigne can try shots. The few attempts they had, Pickford did very little. If they can get more opportunities, one or more is bound to get past Pickford.

Looking forward to a better and improved Italy in the second half. England needs to come out and play too.

I really wished Italy score now in the 2nd half. As the clock is moving, it will become more difficult for the Italy to score and then lead lead also.

They scored early in the game they surprised the italian side but then it was a strong performance from italy especially in the last fifteen minutes i thing in the second half if the italians keep pushing and advancing we will see another goal and maybe from the english side because they have fast attacking players.
