If they said that there was a technical problem, then you should receive your Eth after they fix it. However, even before that happens, another problem occured which was your account being blocked. Not sure if something else happened, but anyway,

If you contacted their support and didn't hear anything from them until now, try sending a message to their account here -> BitBay* - last active today. You can ask him to reply here in the thread as well to make your discussion public (it's for you to decide).

I think they are 2 different services... The one you mentioned is BitexBay and the one OP is accusing is BitBay.

Bitbay already tagged by Coolcryptovator. And I have seen the reference  that where someone also create a scam accution  for getting  Account  deactivated. And here also one user complain about account deactivation. So it is prove that really the site deactive  user account without any reason.

I think they are 2 different services... The one you mentioned is BitexBay and the one OP is accusing is BitBay.
However, this does not stop if from being scam too as they also already have an Open Scam Accusation

It is unfortunate incident, haven your account deactivated without any solid explanation or cause of it deactivation is awkward. Hope they give full detail explanation to the cause of the account deactivation and be able to get your payment back. Not too long, issues regarding scam had been opened against them, hope they are able to fix their reputation this time.

Hope they give full detail explanation to the cause of the account deactivation and be able to get your payment back. Not too long, issues regarding scam had been opened against them, hope they are able to fix their reputation this time.

They told me a ridiculous excuse. but still the same process is open and I see that users continue to take the same action but they are allowed to process and withdraw money. so it doesn't give me my money, and if it closes my account, it should also ban others. they are lying.

He did researches, as what I understand from his posts in this thread is that he did make other withdrawal previously which were done without problem and this case is about his last withdrawal. Surely, problem may occur at any exchanges. Even a trusted exchange may have some withdrawal problems, but trusted exchange will inform the users asap once there is a problem and will fix it asap.

What? Another accusations against Bitbay again? I'm sure they're going to throw the "The European Union’s Fourth Anti-Money Laundering Directive" excuses or you have send them fake KYC that's why they have suspended or closed your account. This is the second accusations in about a month as far as I know, so I don't know if traders are being treated fairly by your exchange.

There is another scam accusation against Bitbay, although I have tagged them but they are not friendly enough to solve any problem. Seems their intention just scam peoples. But bad luck is, peoples just come here after got scam. They are not bother to research before deposit.
