Ok, that is good to hear if the problem have been solved already. But can you at least give us some idea what the problem is? We don't need details, but at least just minimal point as to what the problem or what is your concern that you held his fund, again, this is not the first time you have this kind of accusations, so perhaps some explanation is a good thing so that your potential customers will not end up like this.
