I don't think anyone can replace the position of Bitcoin as the king of all existing cryptocurrency, have you ever heard that the bitcoin cash rumors will replace the position of bitcoin? and until now bitcoin remains the number one of all existing cryptocurrency.

Will Elixxir be the next bitcoin?

I don't know the number but so many new coins have claimed that they are the new Bitcoin, some of them are tagged scam like Onecoin, if you can gain support and can really prove that it is really the next Bitcoin, then we are very much ready to support your platform.

Maybe yes, maybe not. But, there are more potential hundreds of cryptos in the cryptomarket than Bitcoin, while the Bitcoin is in a much higher position. And I guess the new currency that could shake it will not be in the near future.

It means that the algorithm is prepared with quantum computing in mind.
Basically high capability ''CPU'' using brut-force won't be able to crack this coin's security.  At least that's the premise, in theory.

Yes they are saying exactly that but you shall not be scared because quantum computers are a bit different from what we are used to.
It is no like you can run any program on any given architecture right? The program needs to be pre-designed to utilize x84, 64bit, ARM etc. to be fully operational. In quantum computing it the computer that has to be designed with a specific task in mind. It can usually run only one type of equations, one set of programs or instructions.
In other words, IBM or D-wawe would have to build a computer specially designed to crack bitcoin, to crack it and "we" can always add "another zero" so in fact, it's all just a fear mongering. Blockchain is safe.

Until now nothing from this sphere replaced bitcoin in the top spot, still rumors that some projects will be able to dethroned btc
but looking from the entire scene, still bitcoin is irreplaceable, we need to be precise supporting and not to allow anything to change

You have no idea to whom you are referring as incompetent fool. His research/vision for crypto currency is started long before the satoshi started his work.

Lol , I actually loved the topic, crypto legends creates the next bitcoin but I think it looked familiar because when we began to see a rise in the price of ethereum, everyone began to say that ethereum is the king even more than bitcoin and it is going to be the next bitcoin in the market, but years have passed and ethereum is still yet to attain that position, I don't think any coin can claim the position of bitcoin for now because bitcoin still remains the king.

Well, I think that bitcoin domination will end sooner or later. Certainly not in the next 5 or 10 years, but in the long run this will happen.
