Patience help, but is not everything in trading. Autotrade robot developers sells auto trading due to the fact that limiting human feelings we commit less mistakes. This is true. But on the other side a robot hardly can manage economic news or information that can impact on prices.

Patience to hit your target price should be your focus, and don't wait for the ATH of every coin, just try to sold if its your target so you will not regret if you miss it. I have a lot of patience just like other investors but due to urgency of needing the funds sold most of my holdings at cheaper prices.
