Did you check if there is any partnership with DeepCloud AI ? Seems everything they copied from them. If there is no any partnership then obviously this is a scam attempt. Intention is to cheat us and investors. Who are not able write their whitpaper then they are not able to handle ICO or future of token. Better avoid it.

Tagged by the way, let them present some new excuse.

I have not found information about partnership anywhere. I see just copied texts.

Never mind

almost 95% MN projects here are just shit coins, they use the same whitepaper, the announcements are full of shit!

just mine it, or buy it, then sell it quickly!   They will die in 2-3 even 1-2 months.
then choose another project , play the same game!

That's the first thing I thought, but you'd think that someone reading a whitepaper would have caught a link between the two before opening a scam accusation thread--and it looks like he didn't, so there probably isn't.

Is it me or has there been way more of these threads being started or bumped in the past few days than usual?  It still baffles me how these ICO scammers think they're going to get away with copy/pasting material from another project's paper.  And yet they're obviously still doing it.  I've asked this before, but are these projects actually getting any money from suckers?

I'm sure they do, or they wouldn't bother. People are blinded by greed & fancy looking presentations, but these scammers main targets are noobs, of which there are many lately.

PIA went evil: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5203968.msg53160131#msg53160131 Unofficial & Uncensored SYSCOIN thread: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=4748031.0    Do not trust Yobit/HitBTC/BiteBTC/coinsbit/p2pb2b/Mercatox/C-cex/Poloniex/WEX/KuCoin/LiveCoin/TheRockTrading/Bitfinex/ADAB/Okex/TradeSatoshi/Gate.io/Changelly/Freewallet.org scam exchanges or ICO's by known scammers like HashCoins/Ambisafe/Bountyhive - they WILL scam you! Use diligence & research. Buy coins, sell coins - don't invest in stupid shit. If your questions aren't answered - don't touch it.

It probably takes them a day or two to put this all together. Also, it could have just been a package they bought from someone who can pump these shitcoins out in a matter of an hour or two. This particular coin isn't really an ICO. It has a premine and a masternode sale. They are probably hoping they can lure in some bored hobby miners. when the hobby miner finds that they cannot mine enough coins fast enough to get a masternode, then they can get their sale. These projects probably only need to make a few masternode sales to make it worth their while. Also, if they can score an exchange listing, they can just dump their premine/masternode proceeds.

Edit: After looking at this particular shitcoin further, I strongly suspect they bought a package. The quark algo is pretty uninteresting. If they did buy this as a package, it's probably money down the toilet for them.
