I think it's too early to say something. We may say about breaking through of bearish market only when bitcoin will close to 6-7k $ price and will move its road up.

Their are many other coins which are worth buying now as market has still not moved above 4k so it is a very good price now to still continue holding or to buy the coins as markets once starts the bull run will lead to much better returns on your investment.

Once BTC bounced on the 5.500 € line in February 2018, it took it 10 months to break the support line and collapse even further. I think that this new 3.000 € line would be even harder to break. In that case the time would be enough for the general feeling to turn around and start being optimistic and bullish.

BTC and ETH (together making up a 60% of the market cap) have, for 1,5 month now, a slight but steady uptrend movement. Unlike those steap bouncing up correction movements.

LTC at the side is clearly bullish.

It is possible, the price of bitcoin has the next new point as we have seen so far if the price of bitcoin continues to fluctuate in the range of $4k, so with this new point I'm sure the market will continue to increase but we can't say this is a bullish. I hope that in April there will be a more significant increase that will push the market to increase throughout this year.

I am this side of opinion, we are all hoping with that significant increase by this year at least it will happen on Q3 or Q4. But yet we don't know the market movement, rather sit in a side and patiently wait what will happen next. Many people having different technical analysis regarding this but no one knows the exact answer. Then, maybe not maybe yes id there is new spring come.

I won't say about bull now because I'm yet to see it. In 2017, we could see a bull move from January when price hit $700/800. From there , it was no dull move down to 2018 January before the crash. So for now, we are just seeing fluctuations from $3,900 and 4,000, very good for a buy.

I'm going to wait at least 6 months to find out which foot Bitcoin is dancing on. I will consider all the other movements as just temporary (including the recent small rise). The market is too uncertain at the moment to know which direction it will take. I have also stopped comparing with the old values, which no longer allows us to have a vision for the coming months.

Every situation is possible. If the recent rise contines slowly as it is no doubt  it will create the optimism from people

It will be a bit safer to look at any bull when bitcoin goes pass $5,000. Being at the $4,000 has not really confirmed that we are not going to see a drop to $3500 again. Anyway, is still a time for getting some more.

Honestly, I feel confused and can't guess which direction the market will move so I just choose the bottom option on your vote. Current market conditions are very difficult to guess and sometimes it always gives us a surprise as happened recently with the price of bitcoin.

I think that it's too early to say that bearish road is over. Current slight price rise doesn't have to mean anything and doesn't have to be the sign that bull run has begun. To my opinion we should wait with any predictions for now and even if price continue to rise in longer period of time and crosses 6000$, not 4000$ I could say that the bearish period is over.

I would say the bearish road or trend is over, cause the market is still low, but the downward slump mighy be over, and we may be at an 'accumulation phase', which is the most common phrase used. We might experience slow rises over the next couple of months before we begin to see real growths.

Market is now more stable than before after a big correction and further bitcoin adoption in the world.
However still it's too difficult to predict whether the bearish trend is over or not.
Bearish or bullish trend is part of bitcoin market, it will never remain bearish or bullish forever.

I prefer moments like this, not too many issues so that the increase in bitcoin does not affect the altcoin price. times like this are the best moments to trade altcoins.

No, not by a long shot. I just checked the price and it seems we are < $4k for the first after enjoy a stable $4'ish in the last week or so. It's really hard to tell at his point of the bad days are over. In the last massive drop, it's because of the war on BCH and BSV, but I don't think we can see some epic events in the future, however, we haven't seen or heard any positive news as well that can push the price and start a bull cycle.

Based on what I see on the market right now I can say bearish is not over we just saw a little pump up but it not maintain the little increased and we falling down again, maybe we just need some months to see if bearish is over some people analysis the 2020 halving will be one reasone to change the cycle of bitcoin and majority in cryptowolrd want to experience again the bullrun.

From what I see today, I still not sure that the bear market will over because it seems, the bitcoin price and altcoin price still up and down in any time in every day. Besides that, the bitcoin price is stable at $39xx-$4xxx, so I don't think that the bearish trend is on the road to end but the possibility to see the bear market ends will always be wide open since no one knows when it ends.

But although the bear market is not going to end now, we could see some surprise from some altcoin because some of the altcoins can increase higher and I was shocked to see more than 3 altcoins can break more than 30% from the price before. And that is good news for us because if we could see the chance, we could buy profitable coins and wait for the surprise.
