Are the prices set in Merits or sMerits?

The former will reduce my merit count, while the latter will need to come from my Merit Source allocation (whoops!). Since I require purchasing 11 T-shirts to accommodate by football (soccer) team, I would need to pay it back on a monthly basis (were the process to be in sMerits), whist neglecting decent posts from merit until I fully repay the debt.

Please indicate if the above is acceptable with no collateral other than my word.

Is the condom negotiable? I am interested for that thing. Is it in good condition? I can sense that I can use that many times for I think it is washable.
