Nothing in there's says you are allowed to solicit investments from public? or i missed it?

All in there was company registration and tax registration. is that enough to run an public ICO in Australia?

The project team offers a licensed cryptocurrency exchange and I think it will be a guarantee that the project will not be fraudulent and investors ' money will be safe and saved .

How do we know this is a licensed crypto exchange?

I have no idea the last exchange I saw which claimed they are license was the Midex which I don't really follow what happen during the bear market. It looks like the exchange somehow suddenly died.

friends lot of thanks for giving detailed clarification on the legality of your company ico. the evidence given here is more than enough to prove its legitimacy. but legality is not as important as code. what is your developers experience?

But still, their bounty platform is running, if they are fake means how can they say, they are Australia's licensed and regulated dual Gateway exchange platform. Before ICO, whether they have released any of their demo platform which is a very good indication they are very serious about their projects. It seems most of the community members are very negative about this project.

- running away from every legit question and removing/editing written entries

it can not be stated unambiguously. but there are some doubts in this. It is worthwhile to weigh several sides and choose exactly, what is right. I hear different reviews about this project. it is both good and bad.

This project look very nice, the first Australia's licensed & regulated Dual Gateway Exchange Platform? Oh... This is amazing team. I don't believe this is scam. Lots of scammer around the world, but look, read full details first. Might some copy paste to avoid difficulties of creating platform, I think they bought from the developer of that platform. That's why look the same.

How did they manage to get the coin on an exchange? I wonder if they will till pay bounty participants? If it is a scam coin it still has value but I don't know why it doesn't. Who is buying it right now?
What happens when you speak to the on telegram? Seems here the skipping questions and not even active. We cannot belive in something they can't believe in.
