Looks like maybe thats Quicksys alt account yeah !

Also QS is just spamming the German board with kind of shit !

And now !
Lafu for instance is a meta/reputation/local merit farmer with 0 knowledge on Bitcoin which joined in 2017. To say that he is better than some of the other Legendary applicants it's a joke. I've just pointed at the braindead managers hiring shitposters based on merit without even looking at post history, I can point at this fact regardless of my account status.

1. No Merit Farmer , do your research and homework better maybe !
2 Dont worry about my knowledge about Bitcoin i know more then you for sure !
3 you also lie on the joind date of the forum ! Do you research better !
4 Never said that i am better!

Have a great day , Cheers !

Welcome to the Livecoin Sig Campaign Lafu.

Let me be the first to congratulate you!

Also, as an aside, thanks for my 2nd payment. The OP for this campaign, it is great!

(again, 4th of July and still posting on Bitcointalk...damn, I have issues, must leave computer now!)

Brad

edit: er I mean 3rd payment

Bitcoin mining is now a specialized and very risky industry, just like gold mining. Amateur miners are unlikely to make much money, and may even lose money. Bitcoin is much more than just mining, though!

I agree with pandabear, there is a lot of merit farming/trading going on in local boards.  Just because that person got 200+ merit doesn't mean they are a quality poster.

I don't understand why many people questioned Hhampuz decision about choosing campaign participants. It is his discretion as a campaign manager. IMO let the market decide what's best. If he were incompetent, surely projects won't use his service anymore.

But I think Hhampuz's & yahoo62278's domination wouldn't stop anytime soon.

You are wrong. Non-advertising personal messages are allowed.

I appreciate your acknowledgement that you are aware of the scam accusation against the company you are advertising for, along with the fact that there is a valid flag against it. The fact that you choose to continue advertising for a company you have knowledge of this will not go unnoticed, nor unremembered.

I know that you are willing to abandon your ethics for minimal amounts of money, however I would encourage you, and others to do the right thing and to stop advertising for LiveCoin.

I would encourage everyone to review the scam accusation against LiveCoin, and make a decision for themselves. There is a flag against LiveCoin, and there is one person on DT who is not being paid by LiveCoin opposing the flag, three people who are paid by LiveCoin who are opposing the flag, and 10 people on DT who are supporting the flag.

The above should make it clear that payment (indirectly) from LiveCoin is clouding certain people's judgment. The reason for recent open spots for this campaign is because people have left in light of the above referenced scam accusation.

just a coincidence, the world is full of coincidence https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5147938.0

So is this your response for getting kicked out of the Livecoin campaign? This being a pathethic attempt by a scamming monkey to get revenge out of spite defeats the whole thread to begin with.
QS, you’re a real piece of shit. How the mighty have fallen hey. You used to be one of the most respected people on the forum. You’ve turned into a scheming, revenge seeking snake.

You should be ashamed of yourself.
I saw something I believed to be not right, asked about it, received no response. I am calling out bad behavior as I see it. It doesn't matter who you are, including if you are someone doing business with me, if I am aware of bad behavior, I will call you out.
It is NONE of your business, especially when you are a SCAMMER with a compromised sense of judgement. Was this thead made by someone with a credibly inquiry (say marlboroza), then I would gladly roll with it. However, I'm stopping this thread right here and right now.

remember, QuickSeller have FLAGs... we can trust him? i think not

Flag opposition says this:

"You are opposing the following because you believe that it is at least partially false"

This is the case in my instance.

There's no reason to consider leaving the campaign based on the following:

- this exchange has been in operation for over 4 years; no exchange operating for this length of time is free of user complaints

- there is more to the situation than we are aware of

- the situation may resolve itself yet

This event happened over a year ago yet a complaint was just lodged against them in the past couple weeks, thus it would be premature to make a decision to leave the campaign based on what has transpired in this short period of time.

QS, you are far from an impartial messenger and you will do or say anything to transform a situation into a weapon for your pre-existing crusade against certain members. Everybody should be aware of this well-established behavioral pattern of yours before making a decision based on your "advice."

...

This is not the thread for discussing such things but I just want to add that if, for example, Bitfinex had been running a signature campaign here, they would be deep in red by now (if they are not already). Another exchange, Exmo (which I personally dislike very much), has seen quite a plethora of accusations against them on the forum during the last couple years (and their accounts have in fact been painted red) but they are still operational (I use them occasionally when I need to cash out)

The bottom line is that it is not clear what all this shit is really about

Exactly, no exchange has no issue, and all the members here can give their opinion based on the information we can see on the scam accusation thread, and not all of them agrees with each other. Personally, I don't think Livecoin is a scammer as I have been using the site as well and I have not experience any inconvenient with them.

The only way I'll be force to removed the signature is when they are seize by the government, just like bestmixer, which I don't think will happen since the scam accusation is not substantial enough for the closure and it's not proven yet.

In addition, the accusation is just coming from one person compared to the thousands of users of Livecoin and I believe if this will not be resolve to satisfy both parties, that means there's an misunderstanding and only the legal court can conclude who violated anyone's rights, until that happen, I will continue with the sig.

I have exactly the same thoughts as many of you here, that this scam accusation is just vendetta against Livecoin and Hhampuz.

From the start, I am using Livecoin exchange and never had a single problem. I don't see other, real scam accusations, about lost deposits and blocked accounts.

Keep thinking about this flag, because the flag is only possible if one lost something or was scammed and this case is very complicated and seems to be ongoing from years.

From what I read Livecoin offered a solution to withdraw in BTC, but affected member don't want to lose money on this trade because the price is different.

This case is very complicated and there are no solid proves in the accusation thread. I see that many members support the flag but from different reasons.

The main reason is the rule, that one will not spread false accusations on the internet or any other info about Livecoin.

During the last 2 years, I lost multiple shitcoins, because of swaps which I missed, updates, chain splits and other problems.

One has to be up to date, with his holdings, especially in crypto world, where everything is evolving so fast.

To blame an exchange after so many years, that he did nothing, when there was time or that somebody deposited, when the wallet was in maintenance is just ridiculous.

I can understand Livecoin also, that they blocked his account and silenced him after, he started to spread false accusations and repeating lies about them.

If there will be obvious scam attempt, lost deposit, exit scam or any other abuse backed up with proper proves, then I will reconsider stopping with this campaign.

But like this, it looks like revenge of one not happy person, which lost a place in this campaign some time ago.

Livecoin is extremely shady and has multiple scam accusations open against them.

Their ToS seem to be against law.

While i do almost never agree with quickscammer, he has a point here (even if it plays into his hands regarding his stupid 'vendetta').
The scam accusation against livecoin is valid and the flag also seems to be appropriate.

Silently changing their ToS to forbid talking about 'issues' is not acceptable. Neither is their behaviour regarding this (ignoring everything and threating to seize the funds).

Anyone is up to do/think whatever he/she believes.
But you should at least read the whole accusation thread and make your mind up.

If you don't want to leave the campaign until there is undeniable proof and additional scamming happened, that's fine.
But don't ignore the problem.

You'd be surprised how many trusted members here consider Bitfinex a scam enterprise (and never forget to make their stance known). Technically, any cryptocurrency exchange out there can be said to be extremely shady, and they most certainly are since this is how things in the cryptoworld come to be in general (given almost complete lack of regulation as well as the amount of scams and frauds in the field)

..Silently changing their ToS to forbid talking about 'issues' is not acceptable. Neither is their behaviour regarding this (ignoring everything and threating to seize the funds)...

I don't know why you call it silently? From what I know these rules are there from a while.

I am using Livecoin exchange for so long and never had a single problem.

If there will be obvious and multiple deposits missing. Other scam accusations backed with solid proof, then I will consider changing my opinion.

All scam accusations are handled, by the exchange and I already painted an exchange because of scam accusation thread and after some time I had to remove it because OP was not telling the full truth.

This case is very old and not obvious at all. Both sides made mistakes and both are to be blamed for something. I think this is not enough to call such a big exchange with thousands of happy users a scam.

Additionally, the involvement of some members is very suspicious and all this looks like a vendetta against Livecoin from obvious reasons, which we all know.

Bob is wrong. The TOS have not been changed regarding that particular clause. Furthermore, as was pointed out earlier, its not really appropriate to be discussing these issues in this thread. This is for the Livecoin signature campaign, nothing more.

Please, lets save the drama and moral lecturing for other, more pertinent threads.

Alright, seems like you are correct.

So their ToS were illegal from the first day. Doesn't change much IMO.
