I can not withdraw funds, the account is written that is fully confirmed. Further there is no place.

Aside from OP mentioning that the account is in full verification, I doubt someone with decent funds on exchange will skipped on that although there are really some cases like that.

Or maybe "there are other reason why it's locked" that's why it triggers the alarm..

I understand your frustration on waiting for almost a week with no response. However, sadly that no one from Bittrex will really can help you here that's why you won't have a definite response. What we are saying here is sort of advice and "opinions".

Try to extend your patience up to 2 weeks or less max. As usual, Bittrex support doesn't seem to give an immediate a response for any types of concern. Update here later on.

bittrex is an exchange that people should avoid using, in the past there were cases of people who lost a lot of money and were in the same situation as yours and these people did not get the early warning to withdraw their funds.

Could it be due to the fact that your country (Belarus) is on the list of restricted countries with regard to KYC/money laundering problems. I know that this was the case for Binance accounts:

Binance users in Iran, Belarus, Serbia, Bosnia, Myanmar and other restricted jurisdictions have reportedly been cut off for a month now after the global exchange sent a notice of termination.

Is your funds came from doing trades or you just deposit that amount in a single transaction?

If you got it from trades then tell them about it. Your trading history will be your proof. On the other hand, if you deposited it on a single whoop, looks like you trigger the alarm. I have the same experienced in our local exchange and I just tell them where my funds came. But since no such thing as documented legal papers as proof where our BTC came (that is already erasing the purpose of cryptos), they just asked if I have a source of income or work and that's it.

Looks like your case will not be solved for a quiet period of time. If you are really eager just try to follow what they said. Your purpose is to get the funds so no choice but to deal on that even how mad or angry we are. After that never used Bittrex again and always read terms on other exchanges.

Seems that when BTC started growing, crypto exchanges blocked users accounts. I just want to wish them good luck because instead of developing cryptoworld, they steal money and they are still earning by commission
