Aside from the missiles there are a few more weapon platforms bought in the time of Chávez, such as the 35 or so Sukhois Su-30. From time to time a pair of bombers come and leave, and once a fleet of ships, reportedly with nuclear warheads came for a parade then left some years ago.

They might have some interests but their commitment seems lacking at most. It is clear that China would secretly want someone else, and probably Russia as well. Maduro destroyed the country to a point where its even hurting THEIR interests.

who cares,

in 30 years there might be no russian central bank anymore, and those weapons would move into the hands of local authoriies like its going to happen with brexit UK oversea territories.

Said by someone who doesn't have to live days in total darkness and weeks without water.

Does it matter who "prints" money? Yes, A LOT. Under tyranny there is little you can do. Want to use bitcoin? oh there is no electricity, or no internet... Everyday i understand a little more how the people survive in north korea...

From your freedom you can choose which fiat or crypto to use, not here. The difference is abysmal.

Its not the same "printing money" when you have the privileged of not using it, than "printing money" when you are coerced to NOT use anything else. But you have yet to live under "socialism" to truly get it. Within the realm of imagination and theory, everything looks beautiful, now try it in practice...

there is no difference for the workers weather maduro or guadio or who he is correctly spells prints the money, both is capitalism with these two figures at the top. constantly questioning the capitalists only damages the development of structures in venezuela.

there is also a tyrany of us capitalism, its the tyrany of being poor and having no money.

Being poor has a lot to do with making poor choices.  Like when I see somebody using food stamps and buying cigarettes.  Or having their 6th child from the 4th daddy.  Capitalism rewards work.  Socialism penalizes it.

capitalism rewards printing money, or killing and taking the spot of someone who prints money or takes taxation, capitalism is neverending war and violence

Of course there is! In one system you have fed workers, even Marx etc mention the capitalists will give them the bare minimum for them to keep working the next day and keep "exploiting" them. But not here, they are quitting the state owned companies TO eat (do something else, often technically "illegal" or outright illegal).

What Maduro is doing is not even State capitalism, no one knows what it is but whatever it is, doesn't work. He keeps using the socialist rhetoric though. He DID had a Leninist mentor, and certainly Lenin at some point talked about destroying the currency to defeat capitalism, which is why some people think he does it on purpose. Unfortunately the victims are not the "capitalists", those wealthy enough simply move their business elsewhere, only the poor cannot go anywhere.

It is not the same when you have "underpaid" workers that can eat, vs underpaid workers that can't. A ruined economy doesn't benefit anyone, but that's precisely what he and his close people do. Some claim they act like a criminal gang, since they are the ones getting the most benefits while the population is suffering by their mega exploitation known as hyperinflation.

fed workers has nothing to do with capitalism take simbabwe it has capitalism and absolutely 0 welfare but its workers which are btw all billionaires have almost nothing to eat.

you constantly say stuff that just are a scratch on an iceberg, the bigger complexity of "when capitalism makes workers rich" is completely unanswered.

This is an act of total provocation to the USA I do not see it with good eyes, because Russia gets involved and invades Venezuela in some way. In that case, the Russians will not come because they want to protect the people of Venezuela. , they will come for their oil and their wealth, I also see it as a possible provocation to the United States that can not touch them, because it would be a sign of a possible war, maybe the 3rd World War, where Russia and China are united against the United States using Venezuela as an excuse.

The truth is a disaster, because they eliminate the service of electrical fluid for days, there is nothing that really works, Maduro should go, Guaidó did not help at all, everything is conversations, Make trips around the world, if you recognize it, that If they do not recognize him, do not act, or do not have the strength, perhaps he still needs a lot to face scammers and terrorists who are with Maduro. The truth seems a dirty political assembly where the people are the ones who suffer without contemplation, where the Russian army does not lack food, medicine, electric service, internet.

Yeah! Everyone knows Socialists HATE money printing, killing, and taxing!

socialism is about being social to each other capitalism is about scamming and abusing others, the less germany and russians and eastern europeans help the angolo saxian west the more they are exposed as the fraud and the scam they are, and are being forced to become socialist/communists/national socialists

just watch there is currently a trend towards that

but you are right, real socialism also has a central banks and abuses the population as money earning cattle, but it has to promise social goals.

Socialism is when the State takes control of the means of production. Under socialism you can't freely choose to be "social" to others, you are forced to. And "being social" can actually be translated into: obey when they tell you what to do and what not to do, your life becomes regulated to minute detail.

What you sell with your words and what you produce with your action is different because you still haven't managed to actually do it, once you do, if you ever do, you will fall into the aforementioned. People have their nature, and socialism negates it, so it has to coerce to "show" it "can" work, but it doesn't, because socialists fail to understand economy and basic human nature.

jes and in capitalism you have to survive constantly do what those holding money say, (subhuman money earning cattle) its basically an enslavement to an unknown and questionable central bank. instead of socially minded people

jes there is nothing wrong with russians visiting and doing trade deals and other operation with venezuelans after all there are venezuelans that ask for that. they also have human rights and freedom to choose.

its time the communists in the united states and their central bank scam to shut the f**k up

Don't you get it yet? When Russia and China interfere it is A-OK, when the US interferes the sky is falling. Get with the program subject.
Just turn back and see the past ten to twenty years and the sky was falling all this while and so is the reason US got a reality TV star and businessman as the countries leader  Tongue. I am not certain why that happened but people might have rejected the fake promises by the veteran politicians and Hilary was not the right candidate for the opposition and they wanted a change from the normal structure. Or trigger an angry response from the world's largest military super power. So far its "only 99 military technicians", which are "calibrating the S-300 missile weapons system after the nationwide blackouts made them fail". They are also "inspecting and servicing the Russian helicopters bought before" (those are official accounts of the reasons they were brought here... I leave it to your thoughts what to make of those statements by Maduro & friends...

BTW: Lawfully speaking, before coming the National Assembly was supposed to authorize it using Art.187 paragraph 11, yes the same one some opposition leaders want to enact for an military intervention. But rule of law is de-facto non existent in this country, only those who wield the weapons get their way...

My opinion is that the USA has missed its opportunity for landing in Venezuela. Now Russia and China have taken advantage of this, and act as an irritant for the US administration.

I don't think the Russians will remain for long, unless Putin takes this chance to keep a "permanent delegation" and keeps rotating them. Is Venezuela worth the trouble for Mr. Putin?

Maybe not, but it is worth the trouble for China, and China can make it worth Russia's time. You should spread the word that a Chinese or Russian buildup will likely lead to US invasion and possibly war there :/ Not fair to the Venezuelan people but US defense policy strategically can not allow China to build up in South America under any circumstances.

Yes, and yet you see no military Chinese here. Last they brought was a hospital ship, now gone. They are not stupid, they have already been in contact with the Guaido group and are ready to continue "business as usual", but that remains hidden to not anger the current de-facto gov, should they survive for more years in power.

Like Russia, Venezuela has also bought some Chinese military equipment in the past, at least radars and small "trainer" jet fighters, at least during Chávez. In Caracas you can watch the Spanish version of the Chinese official TV (CCTV, now renamed CGTN) , I have seen their criticism to Maduro's "socialist" economy, subtle but present.

Either way everyone needs the economy in Venezuela to change, unfortunately Maduro and his gang of thieves are in the way.

Hopefully they aren't. If you can manage to keep a Chinese or Russian build up from happening there is a good chance the US will not interfere. Of course getting Maduro out would help, but it seems Russia and China are not too keep on that happening.
