Two and a half year ago I decided to be a cable cutter, so I canceled my cable subscription, that included around 10 sports channels, after that, I have lived with movie and series streaming options like Netflix, the only time I paid to get access to stream sport was for one month at the 2018 world cup.
But I still gamble each day on sports, most of my gamble is on football, but I never or almost never watch any games live.
How important is it to be able to watch the matches to make correct bets on the teams. I don't think it has made any difference for me, I still withdraw more money than I deposit from my sport bookmakers.
My question is, do you watch the games your gambling on?

My question is, do you watch the games your gambling on?
Depending on the sports i do bet on but talking on your favorite sports then most of the time i do tend or like to see it live.Why? You do really enjoy and feel the thrill of your bet when you do saw your team is on winning or losing side.If i do bet on other sports then i do just simply neglect or just see the results directly. |

My question is, do you watch the games your gambling on?
I usually don't watch the games I'm betting on because I don't want to watch on television, sometimes I go watch live but since I'm too busy with my work I just got an update online. I'm just watching the replay online for my future references so I can bet again on the winning team. If you're serious with your bet you'd better to watch the game or else someone will bring false news to you and it can make your money loss. |

Yes I do watch every game because I only bet with my favorite teams and I want to experience the excitement whether its live, online or through television. Sports betting is fun, especially in volleyball and basketball where you can easily see the winning team. I usually bet on NBA, and here on our local league and for me its profitable compare to other games on casinos.

I usually don't watch the matches I am betting on because I get very nervous when something goes wrong and that's happens pretty much every time. I choose to rather wait until the end of the match and see what the result is or check 2-3 times during the match what the score is and that's it. Sometimes when I have enough free time available I watch some matches I am betting but that's happening pretty rarely since a match takes 2-3 hours to complete.

Absolutely I watch the match I bet on, it is the fun of sports betting especially if I bet against my own friends. In case I bet it online, then I can do live betting when there is a good moment to place additional bet which can be more profitable.

I don't see it, if it's just a bet and not my favorite team. because I prefer to get up early and see the final score. if the team I like (Italy, AC Milan) plays, then I keep betting and watching.

i was a fan of sports betting before ( the local ones ) for example basketball game's . i watch the game when im in mood but sometimes i dont watch especially im busy on working something . i only bet on the teams that i think the best . recently i got hooked on moba game based gambling , i only bet on random teams because the team that are participating the match are not really popular . i dont also watch thier game's because i was also busy playing . i dont really care at all if i loose or won because the bets are only made by in game currencies .

Yes, of course, especially if that event was my favorite team match I will surely watch that match. for me, it's better for you to watch the match because there's an excitement between the two players opponents and guessing who will be the winning team at the end and you know if you are betting on sports had been won. But it depends on the situation, if I am busy at that time I will watch the replay on youtube.

I stopped watching football 2 years ago and it's great.No more frustration,no more stress.  However,sports betting is not my thing and I don't make any profits.I guess I'll have to quit betting on football matches.There are way too many options/markets and you have to analyze everything and still rely on luck. |

Whenever I do Esports betting I always watch the game. It is also a good time to evaluate the teams that are battling so that when you are going to bet against two high caliber team you would know who pick. |

Yes watch them, but I only watch them live at tv and never had the chance going personally where the game is held the game. I bet on most promising teams, since most player drafts every year changes, I watch their pre-finals play and then when I am satisfied with their capabilities as a team, I bet on them even though they are not my favorite team.

Before entering crypto and got hook in dice, I'm into sportsbetting. Basketball is the only one I watched that I bet on. Sometimes boxing and MMA. The rest like football, baseball, Tennis, I mainly depend on information I got search over the internet and doesn't watch them. I'll depend on info and also to my guts.

Not all the time, but if I have time I will watch it.
My observation is that I have a good record of winning if I don't watch, so I follow it.
When we watch, we can be emotional and maybe make wrong judgment especially if there is a live bet, in my experience also, I lose most of the time in live betting.

Sometimes I watch, but sometimes I forget to watch the match.
Because I remember many things at the same time and that is why sometimes I forget to remember what I should do for that day. But I make some notes in my android to reminds me about what should I do after finish something.
Besides that, I am not too often to place bets in sports, and I only make a bet if I want, but I don't always watch the match.

Watching the game you put your money on plus the game you have addicted on is the best. For example, I'm betting on my favorite team in LCS TL in North American LCS. I always watching their games, and found out that I can even make some money just by watching them. They have 15-2 record this split and all they do is win. They were 11-0 I think at a time this split. So, betting on them is a sure win for me. Only TSM could defeat them. They defeated TL twice.

Of course we wanted to watch every game that we have bet and wanted to see how are team are doing. Unfortunately, because of the obvious time difference, I can't simply watch all of them.
Most of the times I just watched some high-lights on youtube or maybe catch a replay on my local channel. It's exciting to see the team play and route for the team which you have a (big) bet on.

I don't like it but I do. It usually frustrates the crap out of me but I still do it. But the thing is, I don't watch the match for the match itself but because I am rooting for the team I placed my bet on to win that bet. I feel much better if I can't watch the game and instead just check the results on livescore once the match is over.

As a sports fans, I would say yes. But as a gambler, sometimes you are put on a big stress watching the live games because you don't know if you're going to win or not. That's why most of the time I just look at the live score and never watch the game. Another thing though is that most of the games I bet usually plays like 12 am - 6 am, so obviously I can't catch those games and watch the match unfolds.
