Yes, it is better for us to rest and wait for the results, indeed that we pay attention to what we play so that it will only provoke emotions. When we lose we will get pressure, it is a bad thing for our body condition. Lack of sleep and rest will add to the bad. So let's think carefully by waiting for the gambling results rather than waiting and we only get a strong emotional pressure.

But remember that gambling is something to give us entertainment, never hope we will get a victory.

I see no difference in betting or not on the game you watch. If you are the emotional type, you will lose even gambling on blackjack in casinos, do you not think so?

I am glad to be in a different timezone actually. For most European football the time for me is in the late evening. If it was normal times I would not be able to work. The midnight and early morning games are the problem though. But I rarely stay up to watch unless it is a really important match.

For that specific case, yeah it's somewhat logical to avoid watching the match. Aside from the fact that you're rooting for somenone or a team to win, there's also money involved. It makes the match a lot more exciting but it also  can put you on edge. If i have that condition i'd probably stop both gambling and watching lol.

It's important to know what you are betting for; than to bet blindly. To be a gambler, first you must be conversant with most sports that interest you. Many sport enthusiast or spectators are good gamblers because they can spend their time watching clubs; play with others just to know their strength. Personally, i gamble for teams that i have confidence on because of my type of gambling.

I haven't heard someone died from any heart attack due to the thrill and nervousness they feel since most of the people watching is enjoying it. I don't know if extreme sports are counted for them but there might be a possibility that any heart attack will occur during watching any extreme sports.
But as a gambler, we do always enjoy the game that we watched and not really pressured by it.

Its way too stressful to know that my wager can potentially be decided on the fate of a couple of free throws.

Watching live matches can truly be awesome, exciting, enthralling, I would go on with adding more adjectives but let me stop here for now lol. Honestly watching how goals are scored gloriously is one aspect of live football I can’t afford to miss, and I love watching football with friends and family, it’s boring watching alone and this is part of excitement for me.

Maybe that person has heart disease so when he got shocked to watch his favourite team lose, he died because of a heart attack. I heard that heart attack could react in any minute for the patient so it could happen too.
