Do you watch the matches you're gambling on

Since recently I have not been watching most of the games that I bet on.
My doctor told me it can decrease my stress by not gambling as much which I said to him nice try.
But he says to me if I am going to bet on the games then it is much better for my mind if Idont watch them.

People who are busy and place multiple bets at single point in different games may not be able to watch it also if they are busy would just place the bets and leave it. Only for those who are free and nothing to do it might watch the match.

Yes ofcourse. It adds an extra thrill while watching the game. You feel like you're in that game. When they score you cheer for them even if you're just watching at home. You also feel the pressure when they lose because you're money is at stake.

Sometimes I watch the game and sometimes I don't watch the game because if I have time to watch, I will do it. Not every match I can watch directly and that is why I always give the money to the gambling website or my friend to place the bets for me, or we can join the money to place it together. But we have the different time zone worldwide that’s why most of the time we cannot com to watch live game and what we can do is watch replay so we my still enjoy the game though the thrill is lessen since it wasn’t live at all

And it's also saddening when we see the teams we've bet in starts to lose. But that's part of gambling, we watch, we win and then we've got to see our money lose if the team we've bet is also losing.

There were times that I don't want to finish one basketball game because it's obvious to see who's the winner. But luckily, the bet that I've made for the losing team isn't that much so I think this happens for other bettors here too. You just turn off your TV or turning to another channel if it is not interesting to watch anymore.

Two and a half year ago I decided to be a cable cutter, so I canceled my cable subscription, that included around 10 sports channels, after that, I have lived with  movie and series streaming options like Netflix, the only time I paid to get access to stream sport was for one month at the 2018 world cup.

But I still gamble each day on sports, most of my gamble is on football, but I never or almost never watch any games live.

How important is it to be able to watch the matches to make correct bets on the teams. I don't think it has made any difference for me, I still withdraw more money than I deposit from my sport bookmakers.

Most gamblers indeed watch matches, but among other gamblers only make bets on certain matches that will not watch the match if indeed it is not easy to access, I often do this who do not watch and do not care, because the main thing in this case I think it's the end result that must be known by gamblers who can't watch the match.

If its for the cure of a gambling addict then its better to not watch the game. I know this feeling when the team you are intended to bet wins and you feel that youve lost the chance of winning easy money. Dont watch or you'll be tempted again.

If you feel stress after betting and even doctor advised you to take measures to avoid stress, then you should not bet at all for some time unless you feel better again.
Even if you do not watch the match, at the backend of your mind, you will be thinking which team is wining and it will even give you more stress. It better to avoid betting altogether if you are not fit for it for the time being.

If you are betting inside live games then you can deal with this kind of betting habits, you can bet on both side especially if you well analyze the potentials, but if you are not heavy gamblers and you are only adding some entertaining portions of your support to the specific teams or players then it's not that important watching it live or only wait for the results.
