Is there way to reset feedback or how feedback work? I see people are abusing feedback from my own experience. The people left me feedbacks have no communication with me but they simply claim themselves to be the god, mod, or police, whatever they thinking. I think this is not how feedback work?

There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, which will follow the rules of the network no matter what miners do. Even if every miner decided to create 1000 bitcoins per block, full nodes would stick to the rules and reject those blocks.

I'm sure the one who leaves those feedback are willing to take it back if you improved yourself for being a shitposter (I'm not 100% sure for vod though). But if they weigh that you're still shit posting then I don't think it's possible.

No! There is no system to reset feedback. And also feedbacks are not moderated.
You have only one way left to remove it and that is to convince the person who left the feedback.

I see people are abusing feedback from my own experience. The people left me feedbacks have no communication with me but they simply claim themselves to be the god, mod, or police, whatever they thinking. I think this is not how feedback work?
You will experience much more things if you just create threads complaining about the issue, spamming their inbox, behaving rudely (the way you did here).
Instead of doing this, contact them once and ask them politely why they left the rating and how you can improve yourself. Who knows they may consider and give you another chance.

(I'm not 100% sure for vod though).

Are you saying Vod's feedback is incorrect?
Quote
Garbage shitposter - most replies are one to three words.
You obviously stopped spamming the moment Vod gave you red trust, which makes it obvious you were only spamming for a signature campaign that stopped paying after your account got tagged.

I see people are abusing feedback
I see it too:
Image loading...

I'll give you some free advice, which I think gets you the best chance of having the red trust removed.
1. Move (see bottom-left corner) this topic to Reputation.
2. Remove your retaliation feedback.
3. Open your post history, and delete (middle mouse button on the delete button works fastest) all posts that are worthless spam. You'll probably have to delete 80% or more, meaning you'll drop down to Member rank (but keep your Merit).
4. Send a polite PM to the users who left you red trust, asking them to check this thread.

I've seen users turn from shitposters to decent members, but it doesn't happen often. It's entirely up to you!

The people left me feedbacks have no communication with me

You do not need to have communication with someone to distrust their actions, reputation or ability to trade honestly.

they simply claim themselves to be the god, mod, or police, whatever they thinking. I think this is not how feedback work?

No no, you must be confused; one of the users that left you negative trust is "Vod" not god or mod.
Feedback is extremely subjective, because without subjectivity it wouldn't be necessary. There are few rules, but if a user is actually abusing the trust system they will likely be removed from DT and given negative feedback themselves.

Loyce is shooting straight with you, I would take their advice.

MY RED TRUST LEFT BY SCUMBAGS - READ MY SIG

View Profile

Was this red trust given for a proven scam or based upon a solid case the individual was intending to scam?

If so then fine, then it can be presented for examination.

If it was not then this was a moderators domain not DT to caution (if they can produce when asked for it a solid case that action needed to be taken) and then ban if not heeded. Red trust needs to stick to its mandate or the trust system just turns into something that can be used to crush free speech.

Proven scammers or those STRONGLY likey to scam only OR NO red trusting people. It becomes a slippery slope of excuses to give out red trust after that. That crushes free speech.

But of course nobody in meta gives one shit what theymos says anyway so nothing will be done about it. DT and merit cyclers are above the usual laws (they impose upon others) as we can see with the latest account seller getting away with out red trust because he is a pal of theirs.

Accept red trust for anything including telling the truth about DT's own observable wrong doing or just get more red trust for complaining about the red trust.

There is no way that someone will left you red trust if you yourself made also the same feedback to others. Of course the user will not going to use the same account to give you negative feedback instead it will create a new account for this.

But, if you will going to be good in the forum and instead of giving negative feedback if you have seen a post that looks scammy or fraud and the like then use the report button or PM any DT user for that post.

Why you realized that after SIX month Huh I can see you are the one who abusing trust system. I left my feedback's when I was not on DT. Although I am not tagging to spammer anymore after being a DT1, but seems your posting behavior not yet changed. Perhaps I will reconsider my feedback if you delete your spam post and improve your posting behavior. Send me PM when you done both.

Can you explain about 100BTC risk?

Accept red trust for anything including telling the truth about DT's own observable wrong doing or just get more red trust for complaining about the red trust.
I want to hear your honest review about his posting behavior that I have archived and why I send feedback. Here is the archived link: http://archive.is/jyCUq
For your info, I am not tagging spammer anymore, since its moderators job. This tag left when I was not on DT network.

Theymos didn't wanted that trust system would be used to red tag spammers. It's one of reasons why he released Merit system. So, I think you have chance to get your red trust ratings removed. Just follow what LoyceV saud it to you. Coolcryptovator said above my post that he would consider removing red trust from your profile. Vod probably also may it, I seen he done that to users who changed their behaviour and become good members of community. You just need to prove that you're not spammer. It's obvious that your posting quality is far from being good, but IMO you don't deserved to be red tagged just for that.

This should be a moderation issue if it is over shit posting, not a trust issue. People shouldn't be leaving ratings simple because they don't like what they say or the quality of their posts.

OP, for your information, it's not a requirement at all to have traded with someone or even interacted in any way to leave trust.

However, I agree trust should not be left for being a spammer, which you clearly are. I think that trust should be removed (and even more so the one you retaliated with), hopefully it will be. I also hope you'll be banned for your spam, at least temporarily.

There is no way to believe that someone had given you negative feedback without appropriate reason. Every positive or negative feedback got valid reason behind it. Yeah its common that after getting negative feedback most of the user deny to accept its right where positive feedback achievers feeling encourage to help the community by their quality works.

I hope you will be much more careful before doing anything which could give you another negative trust in the future. Its better to move forward to help the community by doing good work and let others to reconsider about your negative feedback.

I'll give you some free advice, which I think gets you the best chance of having the red trust removed.

I've seen users turn from shitposters to decent members, but it doesn't happen often. It's entirely up to you!

This is indeed the best advice and for sure it will work well if you just focus on working hard with your account. I was once tagged as a "Non-English poster" by one of the DT's before but I didn't stop from proving myself that I deserve to be free from that accusation, and it works so I  believe you can also do that.

I'm just wondering why a senior member posting like this? That's actually a burst posting and you can be banned because of that.

Forum rules
1. No zero or low value, pointless or uninteresting posts or threads. [1][e]
32. Posting multiple posts in a row (excluding bumps and reserved posts by the thread starter) is not allowed.

Anyway, its been an almost 6mos since the feedback left to you, there must be an improvement with your work now and you should communicate it well to those who give you the negative feedback.

You have to act sane and remove your retaliatory feedback.
Coolcryptovator agreed to review the feedback and Vod also have topic/guideline for removing his neg trust.

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=887515.0

If you think and work towards it(removing spam and no further generation of spam) then in the end it will benefit you.

Negative shouldn't be given just because you are shitposter, it is like TECSHARE said moderation issue. I can only say that you should improve your post quality and after some time send PM to users who sent you negative and talk with them to remove it or change to neutral. And, you know, retaliation with negative trust will probably lower your chance for that, so think about your actions before questioning others about their  Wink

OP anyone can give me green/red/neutral trust and write whatever they want, it's their own choise but will others consider trust which was left for no reason, has no meaning and is fake? Of course no, usually untrusted feedbacks aren't viewed but feedbacks of DT members have visual affect when you post.
Your feedbacks from DT members are 100% legit and Loycev explained it to you. When you are in sig campaign and post random meaningless 1 lines to get paid, this results in red trust from DT members. Consider this in future, just don't post shit and then ask them to remove it, I think they'll do it.

Well, yes that example does look dreadful I totally agree with wanting to apply pressure to prevent them doing this frequently. I would rather confront them and tell them their posts are total garbage and that mods will be informed if they continue this kind of shameless spamming.

I agree it is junk but still red trust is for scamming and strongly likely to scam. I guess if he is ever caught willfully and repeatedly lying for direct financial gain in his posts then this could be a reasonable grounds (actually I mean that is kind of the definition of scamming or attempting to scam).

Really though, the best way to deal with a proven scammer is to hound them out on every opportunity where they seem to be attempting to entice people into anything, it may even be prudent to advise caution regarding anything they seem to be supporting if that is at all questionable or does not seem 100% a legit project. This you need to be careful with though because it can also mean you can lose your own account in the process it seems. Eventually the scammer will leave of their own accord or will realise there is no further point to try scamming people with that account.

Red trust is okay to deal with scammers, however if the red trust that describes their scamming is buried under some love of lemons, or perhaps red trust for revealing the truth about other scams then that could  actually prevent people from ignoring that red score. Red trust for scammers will become more effective it is purely for scammers.

Is there way to reset feedback or how feedback work?
These members are trusted "DT list" and because their feedback is trusted, your account is affected by what they say.
If you do not trust them you can modify those ratings from "Trusted feedback" to "Untrusted feedback" [1] and therefore will not see those red rating.

remember:

 - These accounts are the only ones who can remove these feedbacks.
 - This edit will only be for your account and will not be affected by the rest of the accounts.

Dt member have a lot of power here, the majority of them don't abuse it,but some of them do
look at lauda, a low life guy who scammed BCH from the fork and blackmail people, this guy is still DT member and he's still doing his shady activites
This kind of activites can easily make him eligible to a long time in prison
Or VOD,he gave negative feedback to a guy that stated earth is flat, without any remorse and within 1 second,he take down the reputation of this poor man, just because he didn't like his opinion

But don't worry, most DT member here are doing a great job, there are just few of them that hurt reputation of everyone

You obviously stopped spamming the moment Vod gave you red trust, which makes it obvious you were only spamming for a signature campaign that stopped paying after your account got tagged.

This user had an incentive to post (anything) and this incentive got removed when apparently sig campaign stopped paying due to red tag. Some people post here solely because they're paid. It doesn't mean that everything or anything they post is spam. In other words, what you described has nothing to do with him spamming or not spamming, and simply doesn't act as any sort of evidence to justify the red tag.

It wasn't the intention of theymos for feedbacks to work that way (based on your description) but again the users of this forum are mostly humans from different backgrounds therefore their judgements can't be the same. feedbacks from the turst system are technically decentralized only the user that Left the feedback can delete except on special cases then theymos can step in to override those feedbacks.
If you ever get out of this situation you find yourself, take some break and let the big boys pay with the trust system that way you keep your account safe from haters to attacks via negative feedbacks from few mistakes you will make as a human. Even though those feedbacks aren't necessary.

As for me I just customize my trust list and let the scam busters do their job while i enjoy the forum. That's all I'm here for.

They don't need to have any communication with you to know you're shady/scammer. Like would you trust MtGoxx with your money? You don't need to have a communication with their CEO to know they're untrustworthy.

but they simply claim themselves to be the god, mod, or police
Or maybe Vod?
