Hello,'i was  trying to buy some bitcoin trough paypal in order to sell them after for a higher profit
I was ready  to use a middleman  and send with my paypal balance as friend and family,in this way, no chargeback is possible (no chargeback possible From Bank or From Paypal)
There is a lot of people who are  buying bitcoin with paypal but this guy : Bill gator , come in my thread and is trying to sale trash, he's trying to make me lose money by calling me a scammer
I have some negative old feedback from  Unverified / not trusted members, these members left FAKE feedback on my profil, there is no proof that a scam occured,   these feedback are from 2017 !!!  2 years ago ! , and from untrusted member

Bill gator is right. As you are newbie and PayPal is a reversible payment I don't think there is any escrow who can provide their service. And also no one will take PayPal from you. By creating this thread you have not done anything except proof you are a foolish though you are trying to be proved as a smart person.
Edit: if you have doubt then try to contact any escrow from: Few Trusted Escrow Provider.

Bro, I can pretty much guarantee you're not going to get much sympathy because of the comment bill gator made in your thread, and I'm basing that prediction on your trust page, which is mostly red.

People need to be warned about doing Paypal deals for the exact reason bill gator stated.  There are always going to be noobs who see threads like yours and don't look at members' feedback and don't know about the potential for chargebacks.  Can you not see past your own greed?

I guess there comes a time when newbies start making these threads.

This user seems to be overly sensitive to criticism. They have already threatened to file false reports to police departments, cyber-crime divisions and other authorities against myself and others; It seems they think they can intimidate people with these tactics into silence and coerced cooperation. What this user is doing is actually illegal (filing false statements, filing a false police report, defrauding a criminal investigation, etc.), wastes resources that could be used for thwarting actual crime, wastes forum resources and might actually scare someone that doesn't know better.

Somebody unhinged like this, isn't somebody I would ever do business with, so they're doing more to hurt their business by responding the way they are than I could ever do (even if that was my goal). My intention was to warn users to be safe and apply due diligence to any online transaction they might consider being part of.

That's a lie, and I'd be willing to bet that you know that; simply claim that the payment was unauthorized and not sent by the owner of the account. This is made even easier with a Proxy, VPS, VPN, SOCKS5, etc.

You should mention to police that you have tried to sell verified neteller account and verified bet365 accounts. I am pretty sure they will be interested to check person who is selling these accounts which probably come with documents.

Of course it is - I said as much in Dec 2017 IIRC - but my repeated warnings of Humbertin's scamming are constantly falling on very deaf ears.  Time to show some leadership <your name here> and perma-ban that scamming troll once and for all!

I actually know this person from a gambling site and he was quite frequent in asking loans and defaulting them. He even defaulted mine I guess. Loan was very small so I considered it that I gave him a tip later on.

You can't expect a positive contribution from them. They only are here to scam someone and make their living.

I know him (Humbertin19_) too from the same site (Rollin.io, now closed). He's not the usual scammer, I'm pretty sure he's an addicted gambler.
I've seen him win around 15 Bitcoin, and evenually lose it all. I've seen him rain ~2 Bitcoin to get attention when he was banned (from chat, not even from gambling). I've seen him give away large amounts, and I've seen him beg for small amounts.
In chat, he cries just as hard when he loses 1 mBTC as when he loses a thousand times more. I'm pretty sure he would pay back his loans if he would have the money, but considering he's an addicted gambler, it's likely you'll never see it again.

This is my experience from a few years ago. Needless to say: I wouldn't trust him with money.

Scams aren't moderated. Best he will get is red trust from some of the community members .

In case if his messages are so annoying, one can always reach out the "Report to Admin" against such messages and request for an action against such.

Which members are you talking about? I don't recollect community trusting anyone that is a scammer.
