If you view BTC/altcoins chart you will find out that almost all of them are in a bearish trend and the majority of them are in oversold base on some momentum indicators. Altcoins are not in bullish trend now if we do an average of all the altcoins. Bitcoin is having the best days and I hope this best days last long until the end of the year.
Current market conditions are dominated by bitcoin growth and that makes a lot of altcoins do not move or move very slowly. if this continues for a long time, we really won't see bulls on altcoins this year.
