It's very unlikely that you will find someone who wants to get paid with a coin that is not created/listed in exchange yet. As a suggestion, I would go with SFR10 or roslinpl If I were you.

Seems like you already have one set for the signature campaign though. IMO paying with your native tokens + btc/eth or another famous coin will attract more interest from a high-quality designer. Paying with your own tokens will only able to get you sets of signature from some templates (not unique).
