2) And through these exchanges they will start promoting Fake IEO projects just to make investors invest there hard earned cash and bang they will disappeared in thin air.

  The IEO is still a big piece of cake to invest in. I agree with you about the scammer will find out how to scam us. But I believe developers will always come up with better ways to develop their projects.

There must be a legal team on this one and of course exchanges are the one who are liable for this so they really have to increase the qualifications. IEO is just a new way to attract investors, I hope it will not be touched by the scammers and hopefully it this new system to help the market up high again as time past by.

Scammers are every where so its possible that they will also make way to collect money as easy as possible so as an investors we should take it carefully. I can see that they are already making their trials. Imagine what happened to the OEO that was planned to be lunched on Bittrex, which wax later cancelled. Had it been Bittrex did not discover that they lied about their partnership, they would have succeeded in running it and in a short while efface with investors' money.
