Being into cryptocurrency over years now, i can clearly say the bull run is at hand, as at today, Bitcoin price is above $5,900 and hope this time it cross above $6,000 and head to $9,000 before another break, and the price to a new price. 2019 will be the year of bull run even though there are resistance along the way.

I have been working with the cryptocurrencies for a long time, but I cannot be so confident. Probably, the chance that the bulls are very close exists. We will see. Simply trade and watch the market.

Yes, just a couple of hundreds of dollars and we are now in $6k. So don't be surprised it we are hitting it in matter of days, because bulls are already back in the market. But if ever there is a pull back, then invest on bitcoin and then ride the waves. I know for some the price is a bit expensive for casual traders but in the long run, you will reap the benefits for sure.

That's probably the right strategy, believing that this market is already in bullish trend, you should take every opportunity to sell or buy.
Price has not back down yet, a little correction happens, but we are still within range.

Exactly, we don't need to lose our hope neither to think of quitting cause this is just a test for everyone and to prove that crypto will be worthy enough of our holds. The situation say something that there is no easy money in here and it absolutely need patient and hard works to make profitable.

When BTC goes up, Alts is getting dump in favor of BTC, most people are holding and investing in BTC right now and since there's no more ICO to fuel the growth of ETH it will only grows organically by joining the waves of BTC

The dump of altcoins is just temporary, the last time we save altcoins pump is also because of bitcoin big pumps or continues significant price increase.
At the start, yes it will dump, but eventually as people think market is stable again they will begin investing in altcoins as its more profitable than bitcoin, especially if you are just a small investors.

They can do that, they can create FUD so people will dump.
Now, it seems it's a complete situation that we are witnessing in the past, people are more optimistic now and they are calling a new ATH
with their prediction or bitcoin having a good run this year.
If we will have a long bull market this year, this would really be a big help for us and once again we will have some hope on our holdings.

I think that this year the new ATH is unlikely. There are no real reasons for such a significant price increase. People are too scared now, so many will be reinsured. Whales simply will not be able to pump the market in the shortest time possible. Therefore, this year Bitcoin achievement of the mark of 15-16k dollars will be an excellent result. Although anything can happen.

If you believe that there is no big reason for the price increase that we are witnessing now, I think it's better as price is not hype.
We might unlikely see a new ATH this year but we should not loss that faith in crypto, we know how unpredictable it is and that makes me believe we might be surprise.

Of course, we must believe in crypto currency. But our faith should not be divorced from reality. I'm one of those people who believe that crypto currency is the future currency on our planet. And it is only a matter of time.
Therefore, I believe in the success of crypto currencies, but I appreciate the real situation.

Only fluctuations in the market, there has been no high increase in volume and prices, I don't think bulls will come yet, today the price of bitcoin reaches $ 5k so it's a good day and be careful of corrections because the bull market hasn't arrived yet. Flukutation prices rise fast does not mean that bull markets have happened, so don't FOMO when you want to invest in bitcoin.

Days passed since the price for bitcoins had reached $5000. Not the price for bitcoins has crossed $5600 and I can really see a increasing volume in the markets which is leading to increasing price for bitcoins. Bitcoins have started showing growth which it didn't showed in past months.

Understanding and studying the graph from the late mid 2017 and current graph, we can soon expect a bull run as the graphs are already playing a tricky role in here. Also the current fluctuations can be seen in the ascending manner so we don't really know whether the price will constantly keep going up or it will have some dump before pumping to $10k+.

At your own insight I believe you get to know that the market is back and it's recovering gradually. Adding to that traders are making up gains from the previous losses they encounter.

We can compare a majority of community now who are in favour of arising the bullish markets. The prices have already been going onto peak and also most of the investors are getting into bitcoins now. The same was been expected in the year 2017 which ended up showing us a immense price. Prices then were really believably much higher and the same can be expected in the current markets.

Prices are recovering and major coins like ETH, Steller, etc will follow bitcoins and will go and settle on the top of the graph. All those who are having faith in cryptocurrencies are surely going to bear sweet fruit ahead.

I'm not, really. Check out the Top 20 altcoins, all but one or two of them are in "red" versus Bitcoin, which is the main reason for USD pull back. BTC's been dragging the entire market along for its ride for god knows how long so it's good to see every now and then periods where it seems to be moving on its own. Monero is another alt that has been consistently also doing its own thing for a while. That should be good news in the long term, because alts should be independent, I feel.

Small correction that happens every time there's a price pump on BTC, But this is a good healthy price movement,. This actually gives a green light to all investors that wanting to buy BTC in a lower price,.

Always remember when BTC takes a step back, it takes 2 steps forward on its current market price.

Market seems to be very volatile and uncontrollable. It has its ups and downs but still it's growing and is developing. It can sometimes be worrying knowing that it would plunge at times but it takes patience and positivity in order to be successful in this field. I'm still confidently hopeful that market will bounce back and will generate favorable returns.

April 2 and May 2, this one month showed some good growth for bitcoins. Bitcoins are now above $5600 which made the hike of $1000 from the time OP posted this thread. This itself make it clear that bitcoins are going to make high growth as per the time passes by and we could anytime soon expect the bull markets to arrive.

I am sure, that in these arriving bull markets, we will see a ever rising price for bitcoins as well as the maximum volume which might even beat the capitalization for the centralized currencies. There will be more pump and I am sure that I will once see the price for bitcoins at the ATH when  i will be out of sleep and counting my profits.
