It's my second account because I lost the first account and my problem now is that I can not get the points of merit to participate in the signature campaigns

Okay so I figured as much this is ban evasion. You as a person were banned, you can create a Ban appeal and post in Meta, but you are not allowed to create a new account and post elsewhere on the forum.

Pretty sure your message explained that in the email.

I have look into your topics created and I don't see any worth to merit there or maybe I just didn't understand the content because it was posted in German and Arabic (I was surprised you know both 2 languages). Please stick in English so that others will recognized your post.

And aside from that, while learning forum rules, please remember that you should never asked for merits.

When this is your second Account , and i thinking the same as Steamtyme do , that this Account you use now is created for a Ban evasion !

Also you posting in the German board with a Google Translation and this has nothing to do with the german language !
