Do you have screenshots of your deposits/withdrawals? Anyone can claim that they still haven't received their funds by showing 2 old emails.

Do they have an official thread or a telegram group, I have suspicious on exchanges that don't have an active thread here, or a telegram channel because you have no way of knowing about the history of that exchange, this thread will now become, a good resource about that exchange, it's up to the owner to come down here to defend his company.

have you alerted them that they are already posted in the scam section, they will fix your problem if they know that their reputation is in peril, if they ignored it then you have a valid accusation and people should now stay away from this exchange, this is one of the reasons why I never trust new exchange, because so many exchange scripts is being sold, even those scammers can run one.

Damn, they are the support, they should know everything that is happening within their territory, they are exposed now, I doubt if people will still use this kind of exchange very slow support and ignore some tickets, people should get out there before they become the next victim.

Seems like they're going to go full exit-scam mode at this point. Do you have ane screenshot of what you posted on their group before they banned you? Did they really ban you because you complain about your withdrawal or something else?

Their support looks really terrible, on top of that, saying that the team is busy so they can't process withdrawal is really unprofessional imo. Whatever happens, withdrawal & deposit must be processed asap even if they lack manpower.

They have over 16000 members in their channel and it seems they don't care of they have an existing scam report, they have been warned about this thread but they prefer to ignore it, i'm pretty sure you will not the only one who will have issue about their platform

Basically there are problems with order processing API (which is not released to the public). So these problems appears when exchange having loads of orders through the API and not via the main interface.

And this "channel" is not optimized which causes overload. So we are trying to fix it now.

Op add their name to the thread title. Let google be your friend and warn everyone against them. Also this can force them to return your money because of the bad publicity.
