Yep seems ICO as a way of fundraising is going to end and IEO is becoming more and more popular and this a big problem for bounty hunters and good news for investors but it will give more power to big exchanges like Binance and others which is a problem for all crypto community ,we know how much money exchnages want for listing.

IEOs are much better because Binance and Bitmex is choosing carefully which one crypto startup they will list. Simply they can´t choose a scam or project without any future because it will also damage the reputation of these exchanges. They are now responsible more for investors money.

IEO is an ico that partnered with exchange site. Both are effectives and i thought that you should know the differences between IEO and independent ICO. It's not necessary as long as you can come with a new tech that's even better than blockchain.

I don't think that IEO is a different thing from the basic ICO, yes, they are funding their project with their token or coins offering but it had a different structure. ICO would rather increase the probability to get scammed, while IEO was legit enough.

Surely its IEO that is more effective as the exchange can just email all in their platform for marketing so knowing we check our emails everyday the project will always grab attention of an investors looking for profit. As of ICO however, team has to do the marketing themselves. They may get funds but getting the token to be listed on exchanges will be a challenge.

Neither! The best and most effective way to raise funds for startups is to present their business plan to Angel investors or Venture capital firms. Raising money from public through whatever means, should have the least priority.

IEO is slowy gaining popularity just because some big brands are associated with it. When a big an well known crypto exchange like Binance lists an IEO, people can be assured that they have done the due diligence for the project getting listed. That's the reason why IEO is getting momentum and also ICO market is lacking credibility due to all previous scam/fraud happened!

As of now, IEO looks like a good method for the startups to raise funds, but doesn't look really promising in long run!

ICO was the good way to raise funds before, But today i dont think so? The image of ICO's has been damage so badly, because of those greedy scambugs, that wreaking havoc and victimize the unsuspected legitimate investors. thats why for me "IEO" is more safer way to raise funds until no safeguards was made or created to protect ICO investors from exit scam scheme, unless all ICO's are regulted by respective governments around the globe.

I think there's a lot of good things in ieo in terms of making profits. IEO's are good because it will have a direct exchange listing afterwards and of course i do think that it was legitimate especially in binance which is known for good quality coins only is being listed there that had a good use already and known to people. For ICO i think it was starting to fade and have a new name of raising a crowdfund.

They initially will make a deal with exchanges so it will get listed once IEO ends so that investors can start trading. Am i correct?

The problem with the IEO model is that initially, the vast majority of the coins are held by one or a few individuals. Its very open to manipulation. It seems that due to ICO regulation in some countries, many projects have no choice and if they sell at a fixed price through an exchange it basically is an ICO.

I tend to agree that it would bring back trust to the investors but as far IEO is concern i think they way they handle it is anomalous. How the hell that a certain IEO process could end in approximately 3-5 seconds. I am referring to the Bittrex exchange launching VGK. I am waiting for hours for nothing.

Investors including myself are tired of investing in ICO because they have lost their trust in many ICO projects who comes up with so much promises but never achieve any, investors are looking for something new where they can invest their money and also be confident about making profit, this is why investors are moving from ICO to IEO because IEO is now proving itself worthy of trust though I am very sure it's just for while.

We cannot conclude anything about IEO at its early days itself, we must give it some more time before concluding anything about it. I guess like ICO, this time IEO also will be having mixed responses and success rate over the time as scamming is still possible in the name of IEO also.

The only bad thing from IEO if that was making the centralized system to the ico and investor's funds. Remember about there was a lot of opportunity to the exchange site to create a manipulation to the ico too. I was seeing that possibility.
