ICO and IEO are all ways to seek for funds publicly to develop a project. They both serve the same purpose but ICO has been less effective because of its loopholes taken advantage of by fraudulent developers. IEO plugs these defects and offer confidence to investors, that is why its most popular now

I think, the IEO will become popular in the future, and beating the popularity of ICO, today, many investors are disappointed and go to the IEO, because many ICOs are scam and only create bad coin value on the market.

IEO has been created since there are lot of ICO scam but be very careful because not all IEO is safe especially if the exchange is new, if you don't want to lose your money then only participate in IEO if its conducted in a popular exchange.

my opinion IEO is more safe rather than ICO, because IEO did already partnering with exchanger, event not yet listed, but at least the investor fund are safe with third party itself (exchanger).

IEO platform is not same as escrow, it is escrow that keeps fund until a project is delivered, IEO only assist in separating fraudulent ICOs to Good ones and when it comes to the funding, it doesn’t lie with the exchanger, it still being released to the project team for the development of the project and I am not even sure they even collect the fund directly on behalf of the project team, so I don’t really get what you meant by your fund being safe with exchangers.

If any IEO project fails now, there is nothing an exchange can do to get your money back because it is part of the risk in investment, IEO will only guarantee you that whatever project you decide to invest in as been verified to be genuine and authentic, so the success of the project remain with the team.

It used to be good crowdfunding, but not anymore IEO has replaced ICO this is where investors are going right now, they do not want to lose their hard earned money and it is fast too they can trade it next day, compare to ICO where you have to wait for months to get your money back sometimes you lose.

We haven't found yet any problem in IEO because this way is so early to measure that IEO is better than ICO. As we all know we can give a judgement that ICO is not effective to be use as investment place because there are many people who use ICO as a place for scamming investors. With the result that many people has an argument that ICO is not safe anymore. I think from investors perspective, IEO is better than ICO even if it is only direct access to market that you will not need to wait for months before you can liquidate the token like what's happening in ICO, this make IEO better than ICO.

I think not. Because of the fact that an ICO project wants to become an IEO, they must have a large capital to be able to conduct the IEO. ICO is an innovative way to raise capital for startups, it is difficult to conduct an IEO when it needs large capital, and investors are only interested in profits.

Most f these projects are good for  nothing, most are just here to raise fund and retire rich, from what we saw in 2017 and 2018, how many of these projects have really delivered excluding exchange projects, virtually none, and the IEO is even worse because they claim most times they ahve raised money, sometime 90% of their fund from private sale and now the remaining 10% for retail investors
