The answer is none, yes you've heard it right there is no need for the management to take extra money out just to make their site mobile friendly. As a developer myself if we are task to create a web design it should have to be mobile friendly.

Possibly I haven't understood it well enough. What I thought of is the compact mobile version of the site that has all the features but allows users for a much easier intentional way of playing. Usually all sites are available on your phone you can just google them and they will automatically get shrinked by your mobile browser. I think people right now have high mobility from one place to another place in a short time and it makes them work with their mobile phone or their laptop.
