No way. I don't understand why Bittrex is mentioned here.
We implemented API very similar to Bittrex to maximize compatibility with existing libraries out there but we don't have any connection with Bittrex.
We can run markets open even when Bittrex closes.

Maybe you are worrying about MUSIC? Don't worry. We don't close market if there's no technical flaws.
