I only hodl coins that i received from ICO projects because kost of them don't have any good value, that is why it is very difficult for me to trade all of them. I think hodling coins that don't have any good value and waiting for them to grow because even it takes a lot of time waiting for all of it to grow there are still chances that i could earn even a little profit from it.

What if sit and hodl coins can produce 200% profit a month, why bother trading hard? Everyone has different skills and different wills. Most people who do holding are those who can't monitor the market every day, lots of other things to do. Conversely, people who trade every day are people who really make trading as a full-time job.

I do usually if I get a token from the bounty, the longest I hold about 1 month after launching from the stock exchange. I think it's quite effective, most projects after launching to the stock exchange will go up about 1 month, and after that the price will go down slowly. honestly, I still hold a few coins and expect the coins to return to the original / highest price of the coins. I think trading is more effective / profitable, than holding a coin. especially coins that do not have clear prospects.

Why am I still holding coins? Because maybe I do not have the ability to trade. There are a lot of people who don't know how to trade but they insisted to go in trading industry just because on your friends that is referring to you then you must not go about it because I've saw a lot of people who trades and get loss because of lack of knowledge.
