actually day trading is better than you hold, and its true. but for some poeple that have job in real cant monitoring that price. maybe they can hit 1 or two, but they can miss many than he hit. so they think if they hold and wait until the price turn to shine.

I'm hodling even now as I'm not a good trader and whenever I tried to trade I ended up in loosing even after studying the charts and some books. I ended up with the idea that trading is simple not for me and I don't even have time to trade as it takes a lot of time and set alarms on prices , having bots and margin calls ...to complicated for me to keep all this up with the work I have.

Holding for me worked well but I got impatient in the last run and sold earlier but I've learned my lesson and since then I never got impatient , not even once. I prefer to take calculated risks and investments in order to maximize my profits with simply holding the coins and assets. In the end each of us have different strategies when it comes to crypto and I hope all of them will work for us.

I like your strategy,it is one way by which one can increase his or her holdings especially in this bearish market, trading is very profitable but only if you know how to go about trading else you get burnt if you take the wrong positions. In a situation where you know you can't trade, it is better to hold your coin as long as it is a potential coin and wait for it to increase in price then you sell and take profit.

The holding from last few years back are still very much available for me and am not afraid to hold my stash till the entire market recovers. hold it till its value worthed to withdraw.many bounty token now has low value when traded  in exchanges.if we sell it , its not worthed to our work in few months ago.but if we hold it, day by day ots value decrease alot.it really make us confuse with what should we do with this.its not happen in bounty reward only, in our trade we feel the same think.if we have no strong mental maybe we will be stress now.

Same here, I do still have bounty in 2017? that until now I keep since it has low value and some are totally no value and developers are gone nor disable website and telegram channel. Though I'm  lucky to some tokens what was sold during their pump, but bought other tokens and now they are way lower than their original value. Sometimes its better to park our holdings on bitcoin and other top coins since its solid though not a guarantee that it will not decreased its value.

I'm not too talented doing daily trading like you. and also in my opinion to trade we must focus every day and always see the development of coins. and I don't have much time for that. so only hold and when the coins that I have increase by 30% I will choose to sell them.
