It is nice to see that you are moving up in terms of rank. That is enough proof for all newbies that even members who don't speak English that well will be rewarded here if they show effort.
Oxford dictionaries could be a big step for someone who hasn't been learning English too long. Like the covers say it is a Dictionary for Advanced Learners.
No, don't listen to music if you want to learn English properly. Especially modern hip-hop or rap. You are going to get used to bad grammar and non-existing words and combinations.
But listening to some slower tunes could help you. Find some classic rock songs on youtube with subtitles.
Movies, as suggested are a fun way to learn English. But I would suggest watching them with English subtitles so you can compare what is being said on screen with the way the words and spelled.
If you want to improve your pronunciation you can record yourself and play it back and listen to it. What you hear on the recordings is what others hear who are talking to you.
