because not every project will be successful some will fail, because that's how it is, and you cant also guarantee the success of an altcoin because there will be an incompetent developers, like most of the icos right now, it's better to stick to bitcoin if your playing safe, if you like high risk high return then altcoins is the way to go.

I think that is the reason of the altcoin existing in the cryptocurrency. With the altcoin, we have another way to earn bitcoin, and although they are worthless, I think many of them still worth to buy because every good altcoin will survive as bitcoin did. We can judge that altcoin is not good to make money but the fact, we are still making money from the altcoin, right?

I do not think that all altcons are useless. Many projects that have their own purpose and good prospects for real use. Or even as an alternative for Bitcoin - for example, the Sound Money Coin project positions itself.

I find this hard to believe, but I can't dispute the fact that almost 90-95% altcoins are worthless that is have totally nothing to offer. But yet, there are worthy coins out there with genuine product and services, these are the coins that will last long term and will set the path to the future of cryptocurrency. So to your question, not all coins are worthless.

They are not worthless, they will always have value, here i reffer to coins that are legit and not scam or dead coins, maybe people think are cheap because if they buy when price was over 10000$ for bitcoin and now see this price, they think when will get back money invested.

Quite simply put, all coins are worthless right now if crypto is the future of money.  I was looking at the charts and if bitcoin were to rise to $100,000,000 (1 penny per satoshi) at ANY point, that is 20,000x the current price.  

In other words, every penny you invest now turns into at least $200 at that point (even if your altcoin is only worth 1 satoshi/coin).  Seems like they are worthless right now compared to what they could be.

I am expecting about an absolute statement particularly that altcoins nowadays will going to achieve less since bitcoin is feigning momentum. But  with the currenct market prediciton of 100+++K dollars of bitcoin price seems unachievable for the volume of people that will going to support it. Basically, it might need a total fiat conversion and market adoption worldwide to happen.

Most altcoins decreased by 5-10 or more times with the fact that initially it was,Yes you can say anything,but such a market today that thanks to manipulation,many projects have left the market,and many have lost their investments,one thing I can say that if the project is working and decent,when the market will resume,in any case, these projects will cost a lot of money

In december 2017 to whole year of 2018 the market drops again in again like we see that some alts here in crypto turn to shitcoin still a lot of users become matured in investment then many ICO that don't have future here not turn well so many really think now wise if they run new here and actually we see that gambling site and trading site that new here only turn well then not new coins/alts/tokens

If the coin turns into Shitcoin, then just such developers. As soon as the project does something. Even releases great news. The coin immediately begins to grow. So yes, the year was difficult. Almost all projects are fraudsters. And a heavy market for traders.

But the thing is, I highly doubt that crypto will become the worlds "money".
At it's core, blockchain tech is a way for p2p transactions to take place anonymously and trustless.
The distributed nature of it makes it impossible to crack or break.

So yeah, the p2p transaction can be money, but there are so many other possiblities that just being money is narrow minded.
Smart contracts for example, show just how powerful the application of blockchain tech can be.
To fully take advantage of what crypto can do, companies will go far beyond just using it as currency.

And btc reaching 100,000? nah, won't ever happen.
There are just way better blockchains out there that will replace it before it reaches that.

Everyone doesn't believe that 1 satoshi will become 1 dollar that is why they invest on short term basis,if you knows that it will happen in future then make use of it.I am not holding many altcoins but some coins which is good for some years.
