I disagree with you, within this space there are many worthless coins but not all. The few ones are living up to expectations and these are the ones worth getting involved with, not some hype or pump and dump coins with clearly nothing to offer.

i wouldn't consider all crypto to be worthless even though there are lots of them that seems to appear so, this days, many ico project are trying to back their project with usable product or services which can benefit people, with such project dominating the market, providing different services to their users then such token will surely worth something with time, there are some level of difference between ico's of 2017 and now,nobody wants to invest on hype alone, now investors are very selective of what they put their money, only solid project with good fundamentals are surviving.

Because no one is dumb enough to think that altcoins will become a worldwide currency in the future.

If Bitcoin, the most well known crypto in the world, won't ever accomplish such thing (at least that's what I think), then altcoins are out of the question since they'll never be as popular and they'll never reach the same level of acceptance from the general public as Bitcoin.

If you want to accumulate alts, do it because you want to get profits and buy lambos when we reach the moon, not because you think altcoins will become "world money", the latter will never happen.

I have some altcoins on save but I never think that it's going to be world's money, I'm more fond of thinking about bitcoin as world money and potential alternative choice for most of the corporations.

Worthless is too big a word to describe the current condition. Since there is a great dip yet still there are some coins that are doing pretty well ou there just that they are not at it peak but you could it to be promising.

I don't really know why you used the word "worthless", in my opinion it's not right. Coins like BTC, ETH or XRP etc aren't worthless. But in this crypto space there are way too many coins having or offering no value at all, these are the coins that are indeed worthless.

In other words, every penny you invest now turns into at least $200 at that point (even if your altcoin is only worth 1 satoshi/coin).  Seems like they are worthless right now compared to what they could be.

They are not really worthless, actually it is a good opportunity to buy them now since they are cheaper compared on how much they cost before. Saving some good crypto now can be a good investment in the long-run. The market will not be on a bearish movement forever.

That is if you succeed in saving up the ones that are reasonable to stand along with Bitcoin in future, you see, the future of Bitcoin is very bright and a time will come that 1 satoshi will have so much high value, so instead of diversifying into so many altcoins that we are not sure of their future stand, why not we invest mainly in bitcoin for future sake.

Although speculations are not always right, but there has been speculation that a time will come in future when 1 satoshi will be worth $1 in future which I don’t doubt, do you know how many satoshi present holdlers have?  Isn’t that enough? Yes you are very correct, that's why I said we haven't gotten to the best of what we can get from Bitcoin yet and this is the best time to acquire as many Bitcoin as we can acquire because in the nearest future we will always smile. I am a freelancer and I have learnt to save part of the money I get from crypto in crypto every time I am being paid because I have a target and I must achieve that target in order to buy my lambo in few years to come.

come on man, it's not that simple. How long do we wait for Bitcoin to reach 100M?
when we wait there will be many things that happen like other falls. it can make you fail, and maybe you will lose everything if you think like this.

Although there are some of the crypto coins that has dumped its prices, not all coins are worthless because some are developing and continues to improve in such way that it can increase continuosly.

i dont get your point. Maybe you are somehow just disappointed by how down the market is now compared to 2017. This is market man, theres always this downside in every pricehike of course coz if it always go on upwards then surely many will enter crypto and will get rich easily. Market is very unpredictable sometimes especially in crypto.And in contrary to what you said that all crypto are worthless, you are wrong.Its the demand in market that gives it intrinsic value.

I agree with you it's not the price but it's the buy order even if those altcoins are worth 1 satoshi but no one is interested to buy those shitcoins it will be useless, so better concentrate on coins that has future, instead of buying worthless coins, let them stay worthless and don't give attention to this kind of coins.

I don't think that they are all worthless although with all the reasons that you have provided.
Well, I know that some coins are shitcoins and they may be worthless, moreover, during the bear market.
However, let's talk about some other coins that still keep struggling and recovering from the dumped price and volume.
Actually, many crypto coins have great ideas and promising value that we can put the trust for them in the future.

Almost shitcoins? I think it should be all shitcoins are worthless, I see all shitcoins are scams too, most of the project developers end up abandoning the projects in the long run, leaving it to wroth their forever without making any further move.

We find shitcoins nowadays because many people are turning the crowd funding systems to child’s play, I even learnt that a student who is even yet to graduate from school, nor have an office space, successfully carried out ICO based on future plans. Future plans? How can a student who doesn’t even have office successfully do so, something must really be done to the way crowd funding through blockchain is being done nowadays.
