Yep you are right. Whenever market goes down that is the best time to invest in altcoins. For BTC not stable for last few days it's coming from a higher resistance at 5500 or somewhere the price fractuate. So it's hard for most of the altcoins to go up. They are kind of down going. So do some research on your own and pick some good coins and hold it for a long time. And when market is down wherever you invest you will make some sure money.
