Yeah you are right, it's best if people spread out the hashes a bit.

Okay we're setting up a temporary block explorer, until evoked22 can set up his.

If you'd like some cheap Slothcoins, there only 1 satoshi a piece at http://atomic-trade.com!

Don't forget to check out the 2 month anniversary thread of atomic-trade here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=526086.0.
There is somehow a sloth hanging from their logo.

This coin is pretty nice, it just needs one small change to make it a lot better:

- Double block time from 60 to 120 seconds since 60 is a little too fast.

- Instead of doubling block reward to compensate, leave block reward the same and just extend the mining period longer since Doge was mined too fast.  The decreased inflation will help the price too.

Those small changes will enable sloth moon travel.

I agree 100% with this.....

60 secs has shown to be a little too fast, and doge was mined way too fast causing a super increase and super duper drop not to mention almost total loss of interest

if these changes are implemented properly this coin will not follow doges trip to the moon and its return trip to the center of the earth

My account was hacked , i have recovered it but the person promoted straight disgusting trash lust ico.. i do not and would never support that

This could be easily implemented. What does everyone else think of this?

It's a solid idea.

Well for starters, it will reduce orphan rates, which is a good thing itself. During the developing i was thinking about 1,5 minute block times, to reduce orphans but chose for 60 seconds, as i thought it was more attractive. Any other ideas?

Not much, just 1.43 BILLION in volume in 4 days.

Math.
1,430,000,000 x 0.00000001 = 14.3
14.3 x 600 = 8580
$8580
Throw in some at 2 Satoshi to make it $10,000. $2500 a day.
Is that a lot for a crypto-currency? I honestly do not know. Nor do I know how much is for sale at 1 Satoshi.
Not wanting to be negative but no sales in the last 6 hours doesn't seem great. Currently too much supply for the level of demand but of course that can be changed.
Mathematics and objective reality.

I have made the decision to hard-fork to a longer target time for blocks.
We will hard-fork on block 10,000.

The changes will be:
-Blocktime lowered to 2,5 minutes instead of 1 minute.
-Difficulty adjusted every 2 block instead of 4.

Will try to implement the following small changes:
-Remove the mining tab, as the integrated CPU miner is no efficient.
-Format values in balance, so it is better to read.
-Adjust the networkfees, so that you don't get a message everytime you want to send something.

Will change the sourcecode and release binaries as fast as possible. Tomorrow, in the afternoon ~4pm GMT+1.
