The price of bitcoin and some altcoins are going green and the discussion of a bull run has been generated. But not only that would come to play. Fraudster who hibernated probably due to the poor market conditions would be active.
 Also more newbie would come into the party. Well I am a believer of safety first and it can never be over emphasized.

If the OP or someone known other topics on scam identification methods, scam lists, etc. you should report it to the topic creator to add it to his collection.
Using money to invest and get scammed is one of the worst thing for investors. Additionally, scammed efforts somehow destroy reputation of general crypto ecosytem, and we should contribute to wipe out as many scam projects as possible out of our favorite forum.

Indeed, and it's credible when it comes on lurking scam icos.
I appreciate the effort of OP but it's good to search first before creating another thread or it will be redundant.

People are ignoring Scam Accusations section and perhaps because newbies can’t figure out how to detect a scam "Many of these cases are not detected until after they start scamming."

The same thing happens to lists. The only thing that will change when the forum offically activates "a welcome message" to the public otherwise I wish to start ANN providing free list campaign or support ICOEthics team.

Also, support Scam Accusations would be good.
