Bitcoin prophesy has shown up again. Which side would you belong?

With recent surge in Bitcoin above $5000, those prophets and prophetesses has come again to predict. All there predictions in late 2017 and early 2018 that Bitcoin will not rest and gasp for breading until it reaches $80,000 per Bitcoin failed to hold any ground. They have lead millions that are following there channels bankrupt in which they are yet to recover. That is why it is good to always do your own research and follow it strictly, even-though it failed, you will be more satisfied than shifting blames to someone that is directing your decision financially. I have found out that majority most times are always wrong.

Why all these stories, they are silent for over a year and suddenly re-appeared about a week ago. Now, there prophesy is that Bitcoin will re-traced to $4200 before we experience any tangible moves, telling there followers to place a pending order around that range. Personally, I don't agreed with them but have an opinion that they will join to buy in $6300 - $6700 range. Technically, on which side would the shift goes based on your justification.

It just re-appear now because obviously the price has started to pick up in the last couple of months and last week was one of the massive spike we have seen in recent months, about +20% in a week. So now those prophets started to emerge again with their predictions and speculations. And for those who gone bankrupt following some 'experts', then it's there fault, you don't just follow and believed someones word here in crypto sphere. And those 'experts'? they are not, they just like you and me here, just making a wild guess.

Yeah, following others who claims themselves as "expert" is not good decision. Most of the predictions are being made to make people greedy to see the profit they can make if the prediction goes true. Those who believe in such prediction should be educated more and more so they wont be fooled by prediction. We should never rely on other's prediction as we are risking our money not the predictor's money. It is OK to use the prediction as a comparison to what we think but relying 100% on prediction is a BIG mistake.

I really never heard the prophecy of Bitcoin will have bullrun to $80k at this year. But anywho, I'm on bullrun side, but yeah it may retraced to around $4k first before we can hit a new run.

I believe that 2017 bull would have undermined most research because it was highly underestimated that bitcoin will get to that price range and because it is decentralized, nobody thought it was pumped. This is why people rode on the price increase and never believed it will crash hard that way. Myself, I still wouldn't believe if someone predicted to me that price will fall as far as it fell.

This is just a personal opinion/speculation,
but i think if it hits 4970-4950 limit.. it will go on like a projectile motion (bearish) or other's say cup-like trend.
on the other hand, if it hits 5375-5400 the rocket will continue (bullish) or it'll maintain its horizontal trend for a short time..

it'll be best to look at this at both angles or from a different perspective

I agree on your statement above that we should make a research on our own to avoid such issues. Because in fact it's their view only which is predictions that have no certain theology behind reason sometimes opposite direction always happened. so making a research is still  a must which just to assure we cannot blame others and of course to prevent regrets at the end.

It's natural that after such a huge spike in the price after months of no market movements, crypto predictors will come back in full force to start guessing prices again with their TAs and crystal ball predictions. They have better chances of drawing the attention from the public by guessing a higher price than by guessing a drop in the price or new lows.

Look at Tom Lee for example, a well-known wall street bull, he was pretty quiet for a few months until recently when he started throwing random prices again, this time, saying bitcoin price should 14k. Expect more random guesses in the upcoming months if we enter an uptrend.

I agree with this, if you take some of your time to familiarize yourself into something that you are about to start you are preparing yourself to explore without exposing yourself into worst situation, though that's one of the things that we can't skip but then lessen issues will be encounter. Researching doesn't need to be formal or systematic it jist have to be credible enough for you to trust and to execute, we should recognize which one to trust or Not since crypto community is a very complicated entity. Prophecy or prediction at this point is not helpful, Bitcoin is not in the good rate to assess and people will definitely ignore those prophecies and prediction unless they can see improvement ,you can't pursue them at lowest point, if you will you have to exert so much efforts. I have emcounter so much false prediction, and somethimes it only act as bait for the people. This entire system is like gaming, you never know what's next so for you to have some bigger probability to earn you must have to be familiar and aware in what you are doing, and that's what Bitrus are doing and it can be made possible by the upcoming exchange , which can make trading a lot more easier due to the free crypto investing strategy with great deals of welcoming rewards right after signing up and a chance to win a ticket to the world cup of crypto through trading and referrals.

Some of them making the prediction based on their feeling not based on the fact, data or chart, and there are a lot of different opinions, so it's the best to do your own research and invest based on your knowledge, the market is hard to predict the expert also can make the wrong prediction, so don't believe too much in expert prediction, this bullish is a bit suspicious for me, because the price is going up without any major news, so I think you need to be careful

Based on technical analysis, the movement is not really weird. The current run is based on TA, fundamental aspect doesn't really matter that much except people trying to accumulate for the halving.

I think choosing to believe it will continue until it hit $80k or even breakdown to $2k is both too extreme. I'd say it's better for us to made a choice based on analysis and keep making profits.

I am sure that soon, there will be so many predictions from the experts and they are trying to reach more audience by making the analysis to show their skills. Most of the people will just go with the trend so if they are seeing good price movements on the bitcoin they will say bitcoin will reach this level in this time period and so on but if they see price decline they will say this is the end of bitcoin so just quit now,if you are a true believer you no need to worry about these short bumps as well as dumps just bee on the side of holding.

That is because everyone can give their opinions and opinions about the analysis made and present it. Based on some information that can be obtained and what I do, I think we really want a bull market so that it can actually happen. I also disagree with those prophets and what their followers do, it will actually decrease and it is uncertain that after they catch at a low price then it will go up high.

Hey, you need to really look up the internet, there are so many predictions out there even from great analyst, we even have some that predicted that BTC will go as high as $150,000 this year, I know all is speculation but it’s a good one, it will prompt investors who would believe in such prediction to speedily invest out of the fear of missing out.

The last bull markets we have seen, I am so sure something somewhere we are not fully aware of must have triggered the interest of investor that had FOMO out and quickly took advantage of the current price it was on then. So, we can still do this too so more investor can come in.
